If you had £1.5m to spend in London with a family, where would you live?

This is vaguely hypothetical.

But with this budget, and kids in tow, where would you go in London?

Richmond without a doubt

St John's Wood / Primrose Hill (although it won't buy you a massive family home)

Dulwich

Immediate thought like @Haslingden is Richmond.

North for me, Highgate, Muswell Hill, Crouch End, Dartmouth Park.
It would slightly depends on school needs though.

Islington, Hackney or anywhere near the Regent's Canal.

Chiswick or Ealing, I reckon. Or maybe Barnes.

Bethnal Green/ Hackney- near Victoria Park

Blackheath/Greenwich

Crouch End, Hampstead, Islington

Islington for me

Wimbledon village

Muswell Hill

Chiswick for the schools or Highgate

West Hampstead, Richmond, Twickenham (aside from match days).

Blackheath or Dulwich.

Out of London.

Yeah I know not helpful 🤷

Herne Hill.

Wandsworth between the commons. I live in Islington & don’t think I’d really want to raise kids here long term as there’s not much green space.

Brackenbury Village or Chiswick. Love that area

Wimbledon or Richmond

Beckenham or east dulwich for me..

Blackheath Greenwich

I’d stay where I am, West Shoreditch, but I would buy the penthouse flat in our building thats for sale.
