wow - would make a great holiday house. But I really wouldn't want to live long term with so little natural light in the bedroom.

bloodywhitecat · 13/08/2019 09:16

I walk past that quite often, not sure I'd want to live there full time but would love to take a long weekend break there.

Fozzleyplum · 13/08/2019 09:17

I love that, but I bet it's dark in the winter. Am pleased to see that they have the same throws on the beds as I have!

scrappydappydoo · 13/08/2019 09:18

Nope - it’s intriguing but I wouldn’t want to live there especially in the winter - it looks like it would be cold and damp.

TubbyMonkeh · 13/08/2019 09:18

It's horrible! Looks like some apocalyptic bunker from the outside and way too much brick inside. It looks cold and unwelcoming. So dreary.

Roomarmoset · 13/08/2019 09:19

Yes I imagine it would be very cold! It's very unique and different. At least you wouldn't get neighbour disputes 😂

That agent sells some utterly amazing houses. Their website is the ultimate property-porn and I waste far too much time on there ogling houses I'll never be able to afford

mumdone · 13/08/2019 11:12

Love it!

TheBabyAteMyBrain · 13/08/2019 11:14

Forget it! I ain't lugging the shopping, two kids and a pram up them steps 😂

Alliumlove · 13/08/2019 11:17

Gosh that is fab. I wouldn’t want to live there full time but would love it for a holiday!

purplewhitegreen · 13/08/2019 11:17

Wow, I love it! It's like a spy's lair or something, can just imagine it in a film.

Love all the curves.

optimisticpessimist01 · 13/08/2019 11:17

Wow! looks like something I would expect to see on Grand Designs!

I love the interior but I could not live there. I'd spend a break there though out of curiosity! It's lovely but not livable for me!

LoafofSellotape · 13/08/2019 11:18

I have a feeling it was on Grand Designs years ago.

Etino · 13/08/2019 11:23

It’s gorgeous!

florriepeck · 13/08/2019 11:26

Wouldn't like to be up and down those steps with Sainsbury's carrier bags.

MollyButton · 13/08/2019 11:26

I love it - but no mention of any land with it, and only 3 beds. And not sure if those bedrooms would begin to feel a bit claustrophobic.

Mustbetimeforachange · 13/08/2019 11:27

Yes, I think it was on Grand Designs

Buzzfrightyears · 13/08/2019 11:27

Reminds me of Azkaban Blush

verticality · 13/08/2019 11:30

I absolutely love it! They've done a beautiful job. But the lack of light would be a problem for me in the winter as I have severe SAD. I'd stay in it for a holiday in a heartbeat.

Passthecherrycoke · 13/08/2019 11:30

I also thought that Molly- I don’t really understand why it’s so expensive, maybe just the prestige. I guess it’s a very hard property to price

UtterlyUnimaginativeUsername · 13/08/2019 11:30

It's lovely. I'd need to redecorate though, it needs more warmth - art and textured textiles for winter. And is there a garden? Because it just seems to be plonked in a field.

I'd definitely live in it.

reefedsail · 13/08/2019 11:35

I'm pretty sure that was on Grand Designs too. An actress wasn't it? All sorts of problems if I remember!!

keepingbees · 13/08/2019 11:37

I think it's a bit bleak and creepy, reminds me of a war bunker.

Scruffalicious · 13/08/2019 11:40

I'm noticing a heavy circle theme... Grin

bobstersmum · 13/08/2019 11:47

I am surprised at myself but I absolutely love it!
