It is fugly (I feel sorry for it!) but intriguing and makes a change ... Also, the EA pictures are unspeakably bad. And yet the house has a certain something Wink

God that is one ugly house and looks a bit institution like.

And WHY do people not put the loo lid down? I can't bear to see that gaping maw - yuck.

Sparklycat · 25/11/2015 20:55

It's not that ugly? Just not your style. The interior is nice as well.

patterkiller · 25/11/2015 20:57

Well, I've seen worse.

CaurnieBred · 25/11/2015 20:57

I think it is quite interesting. But the photographer needs shot!

OhPillocks · 25/11/2015 20:58

It is odd, it reminds me of American houses. It's as though the interior has been renovated but they forgot the outside. It might be ok to live in though.

CocktailQueen · 25/11/2015 20:58

Thought that too, Dick!

nancy75 · 25/11/2015 20:59

Outside not all that but inside is just empty, once it has furniture and a bit of colour I think it will be ok. I've seen worse!

Mintyy · 25/11/2015 21:00

Yes, toilet seats up! Why why why?

It is a fugly house. But huge and nice garden. I could go for it, dh wouldn't agree Smile.

Not sure about the security grills at the windows and that gate affair at the bottom of the stairs is rather odd.
I quite like it otherwise. Blank canvas & all that.

Iwanttobeadog · 25/11/2015 21:01

One can't help thinking when seeing that godawful extraction arrangement in the kitchen that they should've just had the hob against a wall and avoided the over engineering necessary to have it on the island

Architecturally, well it looks like it's been broken and not in a good Huff Haus kind of way

Tapirs · 25/11/2015 21:04

If I had that kind of money, I'd spend it on a house that didn't need bars on the windows - probably somewhere else then. Sad

Moln · 25/11/2015 21:06

Can someone please explain pictures 19-24 to me.

It struck me like function room with a small bar off the side. I get it's the split level reception but what is the small room off the side!?!?!?

SwedishEdith · 25/11/2015 21:08

I think it's horrible - I don't think even furniture would improve it.

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 25/11/2015 21:08

The front is all garage. Fugly x 1000.

I do like the avocado spa in one of the last photos though.

redstrawberry10 · 25/11/2015 21:09

hardly ugly. ain't the prettiest, but hardly ugly.

NoSquirrels · 25/11/2015 21:12

The grills and bars are rather unfortunate. And it is totally fugly from the outside, yes. But it looks like it has potential to me, and could have character if done up right. You just can't tell from the photos and no furniture.

Floorplan looks like it's big, and the living area on ground floor and bedrooms below I'd be fine with. And the exciting floor-to-ceiling windows.

I could make a case for it!

Moln · 25/11/2015 21:13

Please photo 20. I need someone to tell me!!!

RJnomore1 · 25/11/2015 21:17

I quite like it.

FreckledLeopard · 25/11/2015 21:20

I love it! I've always had a thing for split-level houses. I like the unusual layout. I'd but it if I had the money.

MrsBalustradeLanyard · 25/11/2015 21:20

It looks like an adapted house; very wide hallways and handrails along some walls.

mayhew · 25/11/2015 21:21

It looks like a place to serve your house arrest sentence. Or hide from the Mafia.

TheoriginalLEM · 25/11/2015 21:22

horrible horrible

Scarletforya · 25/11/2015 21:24

It has nothing. It's just an ugly generic modern house with ugly units, ugly spotlights on the ceiling, soulless, drab, boring!

It's blah-tastic!

TheoriginalLEM · 25/11/2015 21:24

theres another fugly one down the road - naice throws

RachelZoe · 25/11/2015 21:25

It's fugs but not that weird surely? I've seen loads of houses like that.

Photo 20 is a bar Moln
