got my watch today, agree the packaging is beatiful, I'm really chuffed.

Mine said the full amount on the email, but they've def only taken the difference.

Both my items have been dispatched, funny thing is, they were both ordered on the same account, both using the £25 credit as after I used it the first time it appeared on my account again! but its gone through, i ordered the 2nd item fully expecting it to be refused.

My 2 items arrived this morning, they ar gorgeous!

The wrapping is totally over the top, a whole black shoebox filled with black shredded stuff for 1 charm??

But great pressies!

i ordered a charm for my sister. got confirmation email then on wednesday i got an email saying they were out of stock and had been discontinued so i would not get it, but they would re-credit the points to my account. this morning i got an email saying my order had been dispatched! i am so confused.......

Am confused!

I ordered a charm and a necklace, £5 and £6.50

both arrived 2 days ago but only £5 was taken out 2 days ago!

Mine arrived this morning , little charm in gift box then wrapped in shoe box with lots of black tissue paper.
If you look under the tissue paper it has gift bag also.
Am now going to fill the box with cadbury chocolate and send it to my niece in Aus!

Although I didn't get a shoe box...should I complain do you think? "Excuse me Miss, please provide a shoe box and additional packing for my free charm..." hmm, maybe not

My mother got one reduced too (she just used the one code) and it is really lovely. In fact I am thinking of going back to the site to do a proper order now, having seen the charms properly!

well my charm for my sister turned up yesterday morning. no extravagent wrapping though thank god, just a charm wrapped in black tissue paper in a little black pillow pack. very nice!

My charm arrived in a little velvet black bag and then inside a little pillow pack. Its very nice. I ordered one in my husband's name and account too. And although it says awaiting dispatch, he has had none of the emails I got about mine (except the one everyone got about verifying account). Not sure if that one will come or not.

I didn't get one verifying my account, neither did my mum so I suspect that they just verifyed a selection TBH.

Dis, would it be too cheeky to ask if you can return a necklace to swap for an extra charm or did you want two necklaces with two charms?

has anyone had problems with this company - I ordered a bracelet, it didn't arrive, they said they would send out another, that hasn't arrived. They seem to be OK with the fact that 2 haven't arrived - me thinks they haven't even sent them I have now cancelled the order - I have asked them for an email saying they will refund and they haven't, getting worried they are not what they seem.

Sandy, the stone charms do, the smaller individual ones fit onto the screw but not over it IYSWIM.
