I got an email saying my order had been sent. Nothing showing on online banking yet though. My order (necklace) still cost £30+ after the discounts though.

Ordered some earrings at £55, charged £20 to my card following the discount but recieved email saying I would not get goods and my credit card details would be destroyed.
Can they do this?

All seems odd to me ?

i had an email today to say my order is shipped but no money has been taken out of my account yet

My eldest dd's order has been refused due to the delivery address failing a security check-yet my order from a different email account (but same delivery address) seems to have been accepted.
Could it be that I actually was paying for my jewellery-and she only wanted a charm?

I've got a problem with mine, as I used my main email to buy the necklace then my secondary email to but a charm but I must have entered my 'charm' email wrong as I cannot log in, and have had no emails to that account, I know I ordered it but have no way to verify my details or know if they have contacted me as cannot log in

I got an email saying my necklace would be sent but may take a while, but its no good without a charm! lol

I dont understand why some people are so greedy another website i go on someone has ordered 7 times :0 I can understand maybe once or twice but 7 how do they expect the company to just keep going

I ordered a watch, and it has been dispatched today.

According to a post on MSE they are going through the orders with a fine toothed comb and trying to weed out the people that ordered from multiple email addresses.

I did pay the top up for it, and only placed one order. I did also suscribe to the magazine. It seems they are honouring legitimate orders. The 10% off was a deal only if you subscribed.
