just got email asking to verify that i had opened account as had unprecedented amount of orders.they say they will honour genuine accounts.I think if everyone only verifies 1 account, we may all get our orders.

I got same email , if everyone ordered from valid accounts looks like you will get them Even those who ordered more than one should still get them if they are verified accounts by the looks of it

I just logged in to check my order 'awaiting dispatch'

and it said I have £25.00 store credit

I put a £30 charm in there and the 'glam10' % off wont work, but sure enough at checkout it says £5.00 after -£25 store credit

I'm not going to buy it but maybe thats why there in trouble because you have infinate credits of £25??

I haven't ordered anything yet, and my £25 credit and 10% off are still showing, I'm going to hang on until the January sales

I would imagine that there must be a process for them to get out of honouring these purchases, esp if no credit card details have been given/email accounts haven't been varified before the purchase was made.
