i haven't heard anything either. I agree with others that you could just go onto their website on friday and the offer was there on the sale page It was obviously an error but their error! I doubt any of us will see any actual glasses

Actually the more I think about this the more annoyed I get.
I placed my order in good faith, which was long before anyone mentioned that it was limited to one per customer etc etc. The fact that the price was wrong was their screw up. Once they realised that they should have contacted me and told me that, and given me the option to cancel the order or buy the items at full price. They did not attempt to contact me via email or telephone. I ordered over a week ago and have received no communication from them. I am going to call them on Monday (I don't know if they're open today, but I figure I have more chance of speaking to someone senior on Monday.

I didn't get offered this and I am a CLBP customer.

I am amazed you are upset though that you didn't get anything. It's just like the bed thing a while ago.

Try imagining the upset that I've had this week having ordered a phone from Orange's website, guaranteed delivery yesterday by 10am only for it not to come, and for them to be completely unable to help me over the phone because I ordered it on the internet.

And they took over £100 from my account on 2 Dec.

That's frustrating.

How annoying SueW - it's also a PITA when the only number you can generally get for website sales is the tech support number.
