I was the same at school.....this is why i'm on here instead of out talking to real life friends..

I just ordered 6 pairs. As far as the sale of goods act goes, the contract is at checkout. I checked out with an order at £6 and have received an email confirmation. If it is an error on their part then it is their concern and they should honour the arrangement. Or incur my wrath!!!!!

managed to order 3 pairs one for dh and one for each sister so will just see what happens. Have used paypal credit card which Ihave to preload money on to anyway so cant take more than is on it

they won't ake more money - they have to contact you first

BUT it does say they only take money upon despatch..so i think we will all be disappointed....

£1 offers are still on when you go through their main website though www.designersunglasses.co.uk and there is no mention re: yest expiry, one per person etc.

Good luck to you all, but they said the people this was offer was actually sent to had an individual code to type in from their special email.Also even if you were sent it it was only one per order anyway (as he said people have been taking the mickey!!)

It didn't ask for a code though, and there was no expiry date for the offer and no mention of one per household or anything.

Seems like a major cock-up by whoever does their website! Am not getting my hopes up but fingers crossed anyway.

I've had an order confirmation saying they will be delivered. Reckon it'll be honoured???

dont understand how you can need a code hwne I opened a new account ccompletely. If you just search the site for offers then they come up as being £1

veedub, that was certainly their intention, but there is no mention of it on the sales page or with the items - only on the link Groovychic put up.

I'm hoping the worst case scenario is that I get nothing and lose nothing.

What happens if they send them out and then realise their mistake? Can they ask for them back?

I'm at work and can access page but can't buy things so phoned future sil and got her to order me, dh, plus her, brother and her mum some and gave her my credit card fingers, if they arrive I am hiding them and giving dh his for xmas!

it does look too good to be true, but i've ordered 5 pairs had confirmation email. Fingers crossed!

As others have said, it doesn't ask for a code or anything, and when you access the sales page they're all there at £1. I also say that someone's made a huge cockup!

just got DH a fab pair of Raybans for a £1

my checkout details confirm the price as £1

The two pairs I put in my basket say the price has gone up. I am scared to go ahead in case I get debited for £200+

i had that with one pair fimbo, so i removed that one and checked out PDQ!! I have printed my order, says £1 per pair and had email confirmation stating the same price and order confirmed.

I wonder what'll happen.

It seems genuine enough, but I still have niggling doubts.
