I've just phoned the helpline as I really can't afford the order I placed and they advised me to reply to the confirmation e-mail, asking them to cancel the order, which I've done (fingers crossed...).

Just got a confirmation to say my order has been dispatched but the tent is not with the order . Maybe it will come at a later date or not at all!

Total wierdness! The discount was taken off at the final confirmation stage so it said I had £9.45 to pay. The email I recieved did not have the reduction on though.
I phoned the helpline and was told that since I had only agreed to pay £9.45 that I would be refunded IF they charged me the full amount - they do not know how much they are going to charge me - we have to wait for a couple of days for the computer to come up with a figure. I have told my credit card company and they have said that they will fight it as well. Ahhh Christmas joy and peace to all!

Just got mine delivered. I'm pleased with the coat (for the money).

Don't get too excited about the tent. May last until the end of christmas! It's made of, I would call it sacking and has vertbaudet written on it. Your dc's will like it but there's no instructions, just has a few poles that are linked together that you have to figure out where they go. It has pictures of eskimos on it I think and is shaped like an igloo, only in red !

Agree with delgirls.... My stuff was delivered yesterday and the tent is pants but hey can't argue with a freebie!

Bought one non-sale (£16) and one sale (£6) item. The £15 came off the non-sale item so I only paid £1 for it. Total amount came to £10.45 with postage. Not bad for a nice outfit for ds next winter!
