There is a ceryain jacket I am trying to buy, and the code wont work with it, although it works when I put different things in the basket. Grrrr. I might call them in the morning and order over the phone.

scotia and cadelaide, have a look in the 'sale' section, the item you are tryin to buy may already be there. One thing I HATEaboyt Vertbaudet, i that they will happily chrge you full price for an item which is on sale elsewhere on the website.

But the jacket I want i not in the sale section, and the discount wouldn't work, even when I rang the call centre. The call centre lady didn't know why. Great cusomer service eh?

ok, I rang the call centre again, spoke to someone competant, who siad it wasn't working because I had tried to apply it more than once (ie, I 'tested' it on a few things before actually clicking 'buy', and so it was counted as used). So now the lady has sorted it. Bought a waterproof jacket for my DD for next winter - organised eh?

What are the sizes like please? dd is normally 2-3 age clothes so would i get a 2 or a 3? i am thinking a 3?

the sizes are really small, especially tops, which come up very short on my DCs arms. The tousers are good for my DD, who is really skinny.

I have ordered size 5, my DD will be 4.3 ish when she wears it, and she is a 50th centile child for weight/height.
