Pinkchampagne - I think one of the items you have in your basket has to be £20 or more i don't think it works if you add one thing at £10 & then another say at £10 it will deduct the money of the item which is £20+

Well I still couldn't get it to work on the jacket above, which is definitely not in the sale section either, so I tried a little experiment .

Got This one instead and the discount went through, even though it IS on the sale page at £12! I had to put the full price one on my order though so I got it for a fiver. Am happy with that but what a palaver, lol!

The code worked for me with 2 items at £10 each.

i tried to buy 2 items at £17 and £7, the code gave me the £7 item for free plus the tent. Bizarre!

You should get £15 off not just £7, very strange isn't it.

Betty - did you go right to the bitter end (ie final confirmation) before it offered you money off - it has added the etent but no sign of money off - I haven't clikced on the last confirmation butto yt

From what I remember you had to:

enter credit card details

then put in the code

then click the add gift box

you should then see the amended price before finally confirming the order

I just tried to buy a coat for £23. Put in my card details, pressed "pay" and then it went back to the homepage. What does that mean? Didn't ask for any codes. I was going to put in their new customer code (0788), for £10 off and free delivery if this one hadn't worked, so I was being very careful to watch out for code requests.
I'm on Firefox rather than Internet explorer, maybe that had something to do with it? Hope the order hasn't gone through!

SK, if you pressed pay it does sound like the order has gone through, if it has you should get an email from them confirming your order, if you haven't had that then you may be safe, hope so.

For anyone who was asking about the tent - I haven't received it yet myself so
don't know what it's like.

I got this code by email and I don't think it applies to new customers.
