Yes, i have no life! And we are lucky in that all the schools near us seem pretty good, but I'm still itching to know if we got our first choice. nerdy.

Our LA seems to think there are lots of people in your situation which I never quite believed myself (just wasn't sure a lot of people are really that happy to pay fees and then not take the place...).

Just had the letter and we got our first choice. Relieved. And the children are excited they will be at school together.

I think we'll take the place. Currently pg with dc3 and 3 x school fees would be a fairly major juggling act.

Out of catchment though so no sibling guarantee for other two.

It's a very good dilemma to have, we've been very lucky.

Is there anywhere that we can see how many numbers have been admitted to each school?

You can see last years intake on the council website for our area. I would hazard then same for this year?
