DD1, first attempt on my birthday, feeling drunk and brave

DTs, first unprotected sex after m/c.

Dh likes to think he's got olympic swimmers down there.

CharCharGabor · 20/11/2008 13:09

We were trying for about 3 months before I fell pregnant with DD.

jamima · 20/11/2008 13:10

Having trouble, got preg by accident but it was Etopic. Started trying again a few months ago but nothing is happening. Think I need to learn to be a bit more patient!

2 years then had a MC then this one took 6 months.

flowerybeanbag · 20/11/2008 13:12

I've been pregnant 3 times and each time it was first month of trying. Very lucky I know.

EyeballsintheSky · 20/11/2008 13:12

As DH puts it, about 7 seconds!

MrsMattie · 20/11/2008 13:14

DS - 1 month
2nd pregnancy (m/c) - 4 months
DD - 3 months

BibiThree · 20/11/2008 13:15

and we do count ourselves as very lucky ... well, I do, dh was looking forward to months of trying

Weeteeny · 20/11/2008 13:15

1 month for both my DC, very lucky I know.

FruitynNutty · 20/11/2008 13:17

DS - 2.5 years - not trying but not using anything either, PCOS makes a great contraception
Current pregnancy - 11 months of hard core TTC, charts, ov sticks, BBT's, standing on my head, the works!

countingto10 · 20/11/2008 13:18

9 months with DS1 (1st husband)

DS2 within 1st month (current DH)
DS3 within 1st month
m/c (not even trying)
DS4 - could only have been one occasion in month (not planned - drunk ). DH & I decided we were super fertile as I was knocking 40 and had had 3 c-sections.

DH stood over surgeon whilst he sterilized me at 4th c-section - cauterized and tied my tubes (just to make sure).

georgimama · 20/11/2008 13:19

18 months with DS.

Haven't been trying but haven't used any contraception since he was born either - as Fruity said, PCOS does it for you...

Tee2072 · 20/11/2008 13:24

15 months

Pinkjenny · 20/11/2008 13:27

2 months with dd.

NorkyButNice · 20/11/2008 13:27

Just the one oh-so romantic New Year's Day fumble (champagne hangover and a mate sleeping on our sofa-bed in the next room).

DH is hoping we're not as lucky next time as he'd like more time practising

BakewellTarts · 20/11/2008 13:32

5 years...before successful IVF cycle.

Wishing you some good luck with your ttc Jamima nothing more stressful if you are having trouble but even without problems it can take time.
