Hi Everyone.

I'm not pregnant myself but I know Tinksmum and she has texted me a couple of hours ago (I was out) with the following:

"Hi [APsmum] I'm at Women's thought I had BH but I'm in Labour! They're trying to stop it but it's only slowing down at the moment. Women's NNU is full so waiting for a bed elsewhere. Please can you let MN know. If one of Feb wants my number so they can have updates that's cool, they're mostly on Facebook"

She has also texted me just now (I just arrived home and had switched the laptop on to send this message). She says she's in an ambulance on the way to another hospital now.

Let's hope they can keep little Tink inside for a bit longer. I think she said to me 2 days ago on MSN that she's 24 weeks now?

I hope they manage to slow labour down.

Is she on the Feb 09 board?

McDreamy · 18/10/2008 15:21

Ah our latest thread is Feb 09! The Feb 08 babies are already here. I have posted and linked them to this thread so they can read your information. Keep us informed AlexanderPandasmum

lulumama · 18/10/2008 17:19

is this tinkerbellesmum?

sending vibes regardless of which tinkerbelle it is !

bronze · 18/10/2008 17:23

I'm guessing its Tinkerbellsmum as both her others were prem.

Hang in there little one every day counts.

bronze · 18/10/2008 17:25

Oh bette rI think she may be 25 weeks (big difference at this stage though still not great) as she posted she was 24 weeks on the 13th on Bliss.
She said she had a notch so baby is small which isnt so good.
Everything crossed for you.

nooOOOoonki · 18/10/2008 17:37

best wishes to tinks x

findtheriver · 18/10/2008 18:33

positive thoughts to tinkerbelle. I've 'met' her on the premmies section and we've talked about our experiences. Sending love xx

CantSleepWontSleep · 18/10/2008 18:45

Oh dear. She was hoping to last a few more weeks yet wasn't she. I do hope that she and baby are as ok as possible under the circumstances.

AlexanderPandasmum · 18/10/2008 18:48

Yes it is Tinkerbellesmum - as you can see I am not with it today (got the lurgy). Didn't realise there was a Tinksmum as well.

I know that on SANDS there has been a mummy gone into labour at 25 weeks and lots of people have posted to say their labour was able to be stopped, many said for as many as 10-11 weeks, so fingers crossed. I know that from 24- 30 weeks the chances of the baby doing well outside the womb makes a dramatic jump and so every week that goes by from now is a better chance for baby Tink's health.

BTW, I know her from BLW and here and SANDS. My first baby was 24 weeks (stillborn but due to preeclampsia not due to me going into labour) and my 2nd baby was 31 weeks (also preeclampsia) which is the same gestation as 'Tinkerbelle'. Hence we have quite a few things in common.
