Due March 2027

Thought I would make a thread for those due in March 2027, I joined a thread for my previous rainbow pregnancy in 2022 and I found it so helpful. I found out this week that I am pregnant with my second rainbow baby, after losing my first baby at 29 weeks. I am feeling incredibly anxious, more so than in my first pregnancy after my loss. Wishing everyone a smooth pregnancy ahead 🤞🏼

Hi everyone!

I’m 5 weeks, due date end of March. First pregnancy, and no real symptoms so far except for the bloating 🎈so it kind of doesn’t feel quite real yet.

Hope everyone is doing well. I’m not looking forward to the morning sickness, have heard it hits from around week 6?

Would love to join the WhatsApp group!

SantiagoSister · 28/07/2026 22:30

Congratulations and welcome to all the new joiners 🥰 I have sent PMs to all those who asked for the WhatsApp link recently. @Bluesclues1 for some reason it wouldn’t let me PM you the link, have you managed to get onto the WhatsApp yet? If not I will try again 😊

Thank you @OneSereneShark @Hopefulmama21 I am trying to cut myself some slack, and have decided to contact the GP again to see if there is a different anti-nausea medication I can try. I walked past the dog earlier (and she is not even a very smelly dog) and nearly hurled on the floor, so the meds I'm using at the mo definitely aren't strong enough.

And yep, I'm hitting the hay about 8.30pm 😴 and still waking up completely wrung out. I was going to see about iron deficiency but I don't think my symptoms are strong enough for that, which sounds even more debilitating than my general fatigue.

I hope everyone else is getting through the 1st trimester ok!!

Oh bless you @INeedaDietcoke that sounds horrible 😔 I've only been sick once but feel nauseated 70% of the time and it's horrible, but mine is mild compared to many! My midwife said the drugs only work for being sick not for feeling nauseous! Are you actually being sick? She also put me on iron tablets for fatigue despite not having my results back yet. Maybe they can do that for you? Although apparently they mess with digestion (TBC for me!)

Oh and me please! Thank you!

lavenderandlemon · 29/07/2026 19:26

Could I be added to the What's App too please?

Does anyone else have really variable symptoms? Some days I feel normal, other days absolutely floor me! Yesterday, I was just a bit tired. Today I've had a headache, felt nauseous, period type cramps, sore hips, and my nipples are killing me.

DinoDances · 29/07/2026 20:18

I've sent the WhatsApp link along 🙂 I did have cramps the first 2 weeks but they've subsided. I've been slightly nauseous and pretty tired. Some days I need naps some I'm ok, and really gassy! That's it so far but I'm only 6 weeks, I think the sickness really ramped up about 8 weeks last time.

Hopefulmama21 · 31/07/2026 14:55

Eek I got my 12 week scan appointment through today! Feeling a little more real.

20th August, which feels super close. Counting down the days now because then I can let everyone know I'm expecting and not just rapidly gaining weight 🤣

That's so exciting!! Let us know how you get on 🤗 Hard relate to wanting people to know due to weight gain 🤣

HopefullMumto4 · 01/08/2026 13:27

Hello all!!

Congrats to everyone!

I have just found out I'm pregnant with baby no5! I'll probably be due the first few days of April but extremely likely I'll have baby in March! Any room in the WhatsApp group for another one 🙈

Hello everyone:) I got my positive this morning! Very nervous and scared although its my 5th baby im terrified.

Oh yay!! Someone else with baby no5!!

toomanystrawberries · 01/08/2026 20:47

@OneSereneShark

Impressive… but did anyone see? I was sick in the co op car park last pregnancy, in front of an audience 😂😭😭😭

8+4. Nausea better most of the day but tiredness can be quite extreme. Very hard work with two toddlers. Nipples still ridiculously sore.

Is anybody thinking ahead to maternity clothes yet? I may buy some after 12 weeks scan. I don’t think I have kept anything from last pregnancies and it was a different time of the year too.

ChaosandCwtches · 02/08/2026 17:59

i think I need to be in maternity wear asap! I’ve kept some from last year but will need to buy a few more - I loved H&M maternity clothes last time

Hopefulmama21 · 02/08/2026 23:56

I have bought a few new things in the last couple of weeks

  1. Tops try to disguise my stomach at work
  2. Trousers with elasticated waist bands 🤣

Trying to stick to things I can wear post birth too so anything stretchy or floaty 🤞🏻

SantiagoSister · Yesterday 09:44

@toomanystrawberries I actually
got my box of maternity clothes down from the loft at the weekend as a lot of my clothes are so uncomfortable already. I already have quite a noticeable bump and I’m 10 weeks today. Going to sort through what bits I have kept and get them washed and ready, but I do think I’ll treat myself to some new bits too as time goes on.

Second pregnancy over here, and I’m already getting large! I didn’t tell work til after the 20wk scan last time but I don’t think I’ll get away with it so long this time…

Same here! With my first I barely showed before about 24 weeks, with my second I had an obvious bump at 16 weeks, and now I’m 10 weeks and if I wear anything close fitting it’s obvious I’m pregnant. Really wanted to be able to keep things under wraps until 20 weeks again but really not sure I’m going to be able to either!

I’ll wear less fitted clothes when I go back to work, but I will be telling work just after my 12 week scan. I’m a teacher so I do need to let them know asap.

greenshirt06 · Yesterday 15:04

Hi everyone, first ever pregnancy here so ever so slightly terrified (but also excited). I'm due 30 March-1 April depending on which app I look at.

I'm 6 weeks tomorrow, feel like I've been hit by a bus and the nausea/ food aversions have already started. Time is dragging until my private scan at 7 weeks! Twins are in my husband's family so it's mainly to check on that!
