Thought I would make a thread for those due in March 2027, I joined a thread for my previous rainbow pregnancy in 2022 and I found it so helpful. I found out this week that I am pregnant with my second rainbow baby, after losing my first baby at 29 weeks. I am feeling incredibly anxious, more so than in my first pregnancy after my loss. Wishing everyone a smooth pregnancy ahead 🤞🏼

Hello everyone!!! I’m so excited to join this thread. I tested positive today, baby number 2 due 18th March. Obviously still VERY early days but, hi!

IncaLily · 08/07/2026 12:32

Hi everyone! Also joining the chat if that’s okay. Tested positive this morning. Desperate to speak to someone about it (other than my lovely husband) as it’s my first time being pregnant and I’m just over the moon!
How did everyone go about keeping it quiet just through the initial first few weeks? I feel like I’m really going to struggle as 1) I’m so happy and 2) I don’t normally turn down a drink 🤣

SantiagoSister · 08/07/2026 12:41

Congratulations and welcome @novamama and @IncaLily!

@Emmie93 yes the nausea is awful, I really sympathise. It’s hard to feel like you’re going to be sick most of the day 😩 I’m struggling with what I fancy to eat really early this time too.

Congratulations!

me personally, I would tell one or two close family/friends that you know you can trust to support you! It’s nice to share the happy news and to have someone other than your husband to talk to about it, both my sister and my best friend are checking in on me daily already which is so lovely.

I had my best friends 30th birthday party on the weekend, I had everyone convinced that I was drinking right up until my friend was trying to force me to take shots and I had to give in and tell her as she knew something was up when I kept turning them down 😂

Quentina · 08/07/2026 21:28

I’m only 4w5d but feel nauseous most of the day. Anyone else in the same sicky boat?

@Wishedfor2021 I never got 2-3 with my son and so I stopped using the dating clearblue ones for my sanity!

Has anyone had a beta taken? I've got my first tomorrow (IVF pregnancy) and I have no idea what to expect. My doctor isn't here most communicative so I don't really expect a good explanation.

I added you to the WhatsApp the other day, has it worked now? X

IncaLily · 09/07/2026 09:38

@Wishedfor2021 Thank you - congratulations to you too! ☺️

Haha I actually have my friends 30th this weekend - I know they’ll clock straight away but it feels so soon to tell anyone. I think I might need to fib this weekend and then tell them in a couple of weeks before the next 30th😅🤣

OneSereneShark · 09/07/2026 14:45

Congratulations! 💐🌈 I'm due 08/03/26 so I'm 5 weeks 3 days. Tested positive today. Only tested because I had HyCoSy booked and it was mandatory... Was utterly shocked! Don't know when I ovulated and I had (what I thought was) a period a few days ago!

Sending love to everyone xx

Hi - just jumping on as I have had my BFP today and by my calculations will be due around the 18th March. This will be my 2nd baby, and although this pregnancy was unexpected it’s very wanted and I’m super excited.

No symptoms except a missed period which led to my taking the test, but I woke up this morning really early and just knew in my gut that I was pregnant!

clo8576 · 09/07/2026 18:45

Please could I join? 5+3 today found out on 14dpo (although maybe a bit less as lines were v light at first!). I’ve had spotting since last Monday and then a small red bleed yesterday which had me thinking the worst! Back to spotting now. Been in contact with EPU and been prescribed progesterone due to previous loses and have a scan on Monday. Hoping all is ok 🤞

Congratulations to everyone! ✨

Hopefulmama21 · 09/07/2026 20:05

Hey ladies. How is everyone getting on? I'm 6 weeks today and have 0 symptoms really except my garmin says my body is under stress/strain 😅 and my stomach is actually huge. I know this is bloating but it's really taken me by surprise.

Congratulations!! We share the same due date ❤️ it’s also my second! My DD was born in Feb 2024, how about your other LO?

Not too bad thank you, strangely any symptoms I did have have disappeared today, which has made me worry slightly. But hoping it’s just normal as google says it’s a normal thing for symptoms to fluctuate 🤞🏼 I feel you on the bloating, I looked 5 months gone a few days ago, it’s madness!

Could I please join? If my eyes aren’t deceiving me - I think I got a positive on a cheap test last night at 11pm.

@SantiagoSister I heard on one of the podcasts I listened to that we get symptoms each time the hCG hormone starts to rise and then the symptoms drop off a bit as we get used to the new level of this hormone so symptom fluctuation is expected

Congratulations to you too! My DD was born December’22 so just over a 4 year age gap if all goes well 🤞

Hopefulmama21 · 10/07/2026 09:01

@SantiagoSister I feel like I had some symptoms and then they dropped off quietly.

@ImpatientlyTryingToConceive thats really interesting and good to know! Thank you

That’s better than the line I had and clearblue confirmed mine! Congratulations

Thank you for this, I didn’t know this! It makes sense and is actually really reassuring. It’s nice to have an explanation of why symptoms can fluctuate.

Hi everyone, I’m very tentatively joining. I’ve had a very faint line this evening at 12dpo, will test again in the morning with fmu to make sure! I had a chemical pregnancy last month so very anxious right now and finding it hard to feel excited yet
