thread number two for us, thank you again for all being so lovely and supportive. I still can’t believe, after all those years and all the upset… are babies are on their way ♥️

IVF pregnancy club Due Dates/Birth Dates

AmberRose- 3rd July (baby girl) 🩷
Sara237- 24th June (could be a week earlier)
Zirafica- 21st August, c-section could be 14th August
Magpie234- 1st May, could be 24th April (baby girl) 🩷
Nosejug- 27th June, may be earlier though
Fancygoose- 28th March- c-section could be 24th March
SarahAndQuack- 19th June
MintOwl- 14th May, (baby girl) 🩷
CloudyIvy55- 15th May
SamVan- 7th April (baby boy) 🩵
Pastelheart- 4th June (baby boy) 🩵

Dubkitten- baby girl born 8th January 2026 🩷

@dubkitten thank you 🩷🩵 can’t believe induction day is almost here… very weird feeling- excited but very nervous as I know what’s to come 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 I’m hoping as I’m being induced this time I will feel slightly more in control… maybe 🤔

@dubkitten it feels so long ago that I started this thread! I am so glad that we have had the thread and everyone to talk to, has been invaluable 🤍

I am panicking about how to have my hair for labour, I would normally get my mum to French platt (not that I have a baby often but for holidays and stuff- she always does a platt so don’t have to worry about it for a few days) it but I haven’t been able to travel over to see her this week ☹️ I hate having my hair in my face and I know a pony will just keep coming out. Honestly why am o stressing about this now 😂😂😂 xx

Isn’t it mad the small things we worry about 😂😂.

Just back from the doc with Callie and she has a viral infection so she put her on antibiotics 😢

@pastelheart Will be thinking of you tomorrow and so excited that you'll get to meet him at last! Glad you're feeling good and starting from a strong point. How amazing to think this time tomorrow you'll be having snuggles! 💕
@AmberRose26 yes, I was leaning towards c section anyway and now due to fluid it's been brought forward to Monday! 5 more sleeps for me! Nervous and excited but mostly exhausted!

Good they have a plan in place! At least you have a few days to get yourself prepared

@dubkitten lol I know, not really the most important thing to be stressing about is it! Ah no, poor Callie, I hope the anti-bs kick in fast and she’s feeling better asap 🩷

@CloudyIvy55 thank you! They said they will call by 3pm… so no clue when we will be able to head in, I hope they call early 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

I am being induced so think the earliest I could meet him would be Friday but I am thinking he will come over the weekend 🩷 it’s been nice to plan things today and get stuff organised aka repack my hospital bag 26 times lol. So glad you have got your c-section date! That’s exciting xx

@Sara237 - ooh, Monday! That's great news.

I keep remembering that everyone says newborn tired is different from pregnancy tired and I am clinging to that belief!

This thread is so wonderful - I was thinking today how a year ago, when I was doing IVF, I had absolutely no faith I'd get this far and I'm so, so grateful to have had such a lovely bunch of women for company along the way.

Oh, poor little scrap! Hope she is feeling much better soon.

@pastelheart today is the day !! Best of luck .. you might not be as long as you think .. I was induced with my 1st daughter and got started around 10am - she was out by 11:30 pm so just over 12 hours .. as you are already dilated etc you might only be around 12 hours !! Eekk so excited for you ..✨💛

@Sara237 ah that’s good you have a day .. Monday will come round quick for you .. wow think it’s only me then that doesn’t have anything booked in yet .. as @SarahAndQuack i think you were booked in for the 18th ? I’ll be the last one to go ? Or @zirafica were you a little behind me ? Just us two will be left ?how are you ? 😁🙏🤞🏽✨💛

we are just about to leave for hospital…… I’m excited but mainly worried but it will be okay as I will have my baby boy soon and that’s all that matters xoxoxox

Feeling really good, got some travel booked in the next 6 weeks so really excited about that🥰

@AmberRose26 - yes, booked for induction on the 18th, but c section after that if it doesn't work out so it could be a few days.

Honestly country make this up…

been on induction ward since 2.30pm, had internal exam, cervix all good- get to skip the hormonal induction go straight to having my waters broken so been waiting to be taken to delivery suite since about 4pm.

they just came and got me to go to delivery suite, was so happy. Took all our stuff down, started being monitored and then head midwife came in and said they had got the wrong person and I needed to go back to the ward. I was so upset but managed not to cry infront of them but as soon as I got back to the ward I burst into tears ☹️😭

just feel like nothing is going right or being straightforward and it’s making me worried and anxious and I’m so disappointed

@pastelheart Omg what a faff...that is not what you needed at all.So have you actually been induced or still waiting? You poor thing, I'd have cried too. You'll get there soon but what a rollercoaster. Sending dilating dust your way and hope they get their shit together soon 😉 hugs xxx

@Sara237 no not yet, I just need my waters to be broken to start me off (as my cervix is looking good and dilated) but for that I need to go to delivery suite… and obvs that’s not gone to plan 😭🙄 xxx

@pastelheart I see. I can't believe you've been there so long. Though thinking back to my son, it's like an alternate time zone isn't it? Are they thinking it'll start naturally I wonder? Not what I expected for you. Hope you're managing to stay relatively calm. Xx
