Hey folks. Thought I’d set up a thread for those expecting in September next year. I got my bfp yesterday at 10dpo on Christmas Day 🄹. I think my due date would be around 6th September. It would be nice to keep in touch with some ladies going through similar things. Xxx

I'm 14 weeks today and my breast (just the left one) is quite tender and sore. This is my second pregnancy and I'm still feeding once overnight and pumping once during the day. My daughter doesn't take much from my right boob so I have almost nothing, however the right one is okay. The past few days I've noticed it's got really tender and I thought it might be due to pumping but now I'm wondering if it's just another pregnancy symptom. Is anyone else experiencing the same? X

LuckyDuck93 · 23/03/2026 14:24

Anyone else suffering with round ligament pain? I've never known anything like it, it's the strangest pain!

LunaBear26 · 23/03/2026 18:58

@LuckyDuck93 yes! It's horrible, isn't it! I keep forgetting about it and then getting up too fast and regretting it haha!

missmoosh · 23/03/2026 20:07

@LuckyDuck93oh yeah it’s awful, gets worse as well I found in my last pregnancy! Joys of pregnancy šŸ˜‚

Hi all,

I'm in the October 2026 group. We created a WhatsApp group and had a person joining who has since gone on to say some awful things (incl. hoping that another member would lose their pregnancy). Not sure if you have anything similar but wanted to give you a heads up. We don't know what this person's MN handle was but they called themselves Miranda, said it was their first pregnancy and they lived nr Belsize Park.

Wishing you all well with your pregnancies šŸ’–

Hi, I've been following for a while but havent wanted to post until my 12 week NHS scan - got it yesterday and turns out I'm 14weeks and now due the 21st September 😊
Can I join the WhatsApp group also if anyone still has a link to it? Thanks 😊

camelinastorm · 28/03/2026 09:29

Hi all can I join due 1st of October but due to age will be giving birth 2 weeks early so around the 17th of September we were
ttc for 7 years, 3 years of IVF may many transfers and the last attempt I have got a positive that got past 12 weeks, anxiety is through the roof, still dread going for scans as been in the ā€˜sad room’ so many times but I’ve made it to 13 weeks no real symptoms other than bloating from my meds and tiredness have an 11 year old so huge age gap going on

J1234H · 29/03/2026 06:49

Do you have an image? Or did they give gender in an envelope or similar?

I went for a private gender scan Tuesday at 17 weeks 2 days and asked them to pop it in an envelope for us. We found out last night we're having a boy šŸ’™ We have our 20 week scan on 14th April to confirm.

Here! I was feeling so sick the first trimester I couldn’t leave the house, now the sickness is better but still lacks energy, I am still more or less house bound! Can’t wait to be normal again!

Me too! 18 weeks tomorrow and so tired, doesn’t help that I keep waking up in the night needing to pee.

How’s everyone doing? I’m 18 and a half weeks with baby no.3 and feel like my bump is already very large. Been looking back and comparing with previous bumps and think I look like I did at 25/6 weeks with baby no.1 šŸ™ˆ

Mol1925 · 06/04/2026 15:28

Anyone else have an anterior placenta? I'm 19+1 with my 3rd, Struggling with lack of movements, felt a few but no where near as much as with my son. I had the same placenta with my daughter too but she was my first so I didn't really know any different. Had the heartbeat checked a couple of times so think things are ok just hoping I start to feel them properly soon 🄲

Yes I have anterior placenta. This is my 4th pregnancy but first one thats made it this far. Im 19 weeks 2days and ive felt a few flutters here and there but nothing for a few days. I am constantly worried something is wrong. Last scan was 2 weeks ago (private) and everything was ok then, i have my 20 week scan a week today

I totally understand, we have lost 3 as well. The Midwives where I live have let me get the heartbeat checked a couple of times for reassurance might be worth an ask? Only ro put your mind at rest. I've been the same just here and there then nothing for a while xxx

Clueless13 · 07/04/2026 08:55

Has anyone had their 16 week community midwife appointment? Do they listen to the heartbeat at the appointment?

It’s been a while since the scan and can’t feel any movement yet so could really do with some reassurance!

LunaBear26 · 07/04/2026 09:19

@Clueless13 I've got mine tomorrow and really hoping that they will! I'm going to ask if they don't offer, I think. I think everyone needs the reassurance at this stage! :)

I had mine a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately they didn’t listen to the heartbeat - the midwife said that the baby is still too small for it to be accurate. I think it might depend which area you live in whether they listen or not. It was a very quick appointment, urine test and blood pressure and then the midwife talked a bit about vaccines.

Utardelis · 07/04/2026 16:43

Mine did listen! ā¤ļø which was lovely but I think its totally dependent on your area/midwife xx

Ah good luck for it and fingers crossed they listen! They did listen when I was pregnant with my first, that was 3 years ago so I don’t know if things have changed since then. Hopefully I’m able to listen this time

I had to ask, and they did warn me it might not be found yet, but they did although it took quite a while.and I did start to panic. But it's totally normal to take a little while at that stage xx
