Hey folks. Thought I’d set up a thread for those expecting in September next year. I got my bfp yesterday at 10dpo on Christmas Day 🥹. I think my due date would be around 6th September. It would be nice to keep in touch with some ladies going through similar things. Xxx

Hi everyone, I’m tentatively joining the gang. I tested positive last week and tests have continued to get darker with today’s coming up straight away and pretty much the same colour as the control line so I’m feeling slightly more confident.

I have had a very rocky journey with a TFMR at 22 weeks a MMC and a chemical thrown in for good measure so I think I’m anxious about just about every single stage of pregnancy. I do however also have an amazing little boy who is 7 so I know how wonderful it can be when it all goes right.

My EDD is 23rd September from my calculations.

@ripleynoton my trust’s referral form you refer yourself to the trust where you live and will receive care but then you can put any hospital in the delivery section. I too want to deliver in a different hospital to where I’ll be receiving my antenatal care

We were supposed to start a frozen IVF transfer next month but found out I was pregnant as my period didn’t arrive! I’m too scared to let me clinic know as I’m worried of the outcome of this pregnancy as we haven’t fallen pregnant naturally before! We’ve already paid for the treatment so hoping we can get a refund but don’t want to jump into it just in case… 😥

Oh gosh, you're in a very similar situation to me!! Hope all goes well and you've got some good distractions to help keep the anxiety down over the next few weeks. Having an 18 month old is quite good for that! 😂

Hey! Joining here for now, found out yesterday pregnant with second baby, 1st is 18 months old today!
Looks like due date is 27/09! Has come as quite a surprise!

Had a rescan today (longest 2 weeks ever!) and finally saw the baby & a strong heartbeat🥹 was so relieved I cried instantly🙈🤣
hematoma which could explain the bleeding.
Dated 7 weeks 6 days, EDD 3/9/26

I had an early scan (due to daily pink spotting) on Monday at 5w6d, measured 6w and saw the heartbeat 💓
I have another scan next Friday 30th which feels like a lifetime away!

Hey Everyone.
Cautiously joining the group.
I have 1 son who was 7 earlier this month.
I had a miscarriage before him.
Whilst trying to conceive a second, Ive had 2 more miscarriages so far.
1 at 4+3 in June and a chemical the month after.
My cycles have been very short recently but I think i ovulated on boxing day making me 5+5 weeks today. Got my first bfp on the 6th january and a 3+ weeks on a clear blue digital on saturday 17th january.
Ive booked a viability scan for 7 weeks. 30th january.
Im very anxious about another miscarriage. Stupidly been decorating this week too, and I feel like ive done too much.
Ive had atrocious burping as a symptom (which i had with my son) abit of nausea and very sore boobs but those symptoms have all mostly died off which doesnt help with the anxiety.

Someone mentioned the NIPT testing.
Im opting for that too as im 39 this year and partner is 44.

Anyone know when the need to stop anxious testing subsides? 😂
I don't think i've ever been so nervous in my life!

Morning all, went for follow up scan this morning. All good, baby measuring on track at 8 weeks and 1 day and heartbeat was strong. This is the furthest I've ever gotten eeek! SCH is still there and hasn't changed so I have been put on rest. I have another follow up scan booked for 5th Feb (i will be around 10 weeks then). Although I feel reassured, 2 weeks is a long wait 😅

Spotting has continued and now turned red, still only when wiping but a lot more than it has been.
Devastated, only saw the heartbeat on Monday... EPU said to just watch and if it turns to flow to call them....

Due date buddy! It seems like there's not a tonne of people on here with late Sept dates. I've had anxiety in the days since I've found out but haven't had any tests so I made the decision to stop testing after 16dpo. Sorry to hear about your losses, but glad that this pregnancy seems to be progressing well.

Hi all, jumping on this thread because I’m constantly sending myself down a google rabbit hole. EDD 23/09/26, had a miscarriage in November so am an absolute anxious wreck, although so grateful that we caught again quickly.

We already have 2 children 12 and 7- I cannot wait to see how much they love their sibling.

I am trying so hard not to get attached to this baby in case this pregnancy ends in miscarriage too but it is impossible isn’t it? Especially when it is everything you’ve wished for.

Having an early reassurance scan this afternoon, going by my last period I am 7+3! I’m so nervous!

@Mumof3Angelsx so happy for you. How has bed rest been the last few days. Are you staying sane?
I had the day off work today and have vegetated on the sofa all day feeling very sorry for myself. Drifting in and out of sleep. The nausea has really ramped up for me this pregnancy too. Its wiped me out.

It's been exhausting! I broke yesterday, literally emotional breakdown and resigned myself to losing this baby. I feel a bit more ready for whatever may come but it's been a rollercoaster !
Bright red blood all day yesterday, this morning, only brown when wiping, then nothing all day.. not a spot, until 6pm this evening, red again when wiping, I honestly feel like I'm being tortured here 😂

@Lyndsey8880 i was reading the responses to your other post and different posts made by other people in similar situations. It does seem so much more common than any one wishes to talk about in real life or they dare teach you as you grow up.
I had on and off spotting early on with my miscarriages but also with my son.
And at 23 weeks with my son I woke up to a heavy bright red bleed. I thought id lost him. But there was absolutely no reason for it other then a possible burst blood vessel around my uterus. Thats all the doctors could suggest it was.
Dont give up hope until you know for certain but also, protect yourself and prepare for the worst. X

@Lyndsey8880that does sound like a rollercoaster. I really hope it’s a positive outcome. It must be really tough not knowing.

@LawyerishMummaI’ve also not tested since 16dpo when I got a pretty strong positive. I feel super bloated and my boobs are very sore so there’s definitely a constant reminder that I’m actually pregnant which still feels unbelievable. Looking forward to sharing the journey. Wonder if our due dates will stay the same after scans etc.

It really does seem so common but it can go either way and the worst part is the not knowing!

Can I ask...with your mc, how long did you spot for before eventually losing your babies?
I ask because with my mc, I was on progesterone after IVF. I stopped the progesterone as directed and within a day I had severe stomach cramps followed by the bleeding..
It feels so cruel to be stop starting! Xx

Thank you ❤️. Its been pretty boring tbh, only so much tv and reading i can do! I ventured to the sofa yesterday and today for an hour or 2 just for change of scenery.
How are you feeling apart from the nausea?

Im feeling OK thankyou. Just tired, still nauseous but it comes in waves. Haven't actually been sick but wasnt with my son either.
Ive had very small amounts of pink discharge with this pregnancy too. Im trying to not let it worry me. Only about 3 mornings where I've woken up and its been a off white, slightly pink discharge when wiping.
Ive not had a pregancy where i haven't had abit of bleeding at some point.
