Just back from my GP check up - all looking good. I’ve really bad back pain the last few days and he reckons I might have pulled something. Recommended exercises and a birthing ball

You and me both. I'm due on 29 Jan. I finish work this week so I'm hoping I get some nesting time before she comes!

Also due 29th but my section is booked for the 27th..feels like an age away. I’m well finished work as my back and pelvis is done in. So incredibly bored and over it entirely.

I have spent some time prepping some dinners and lunches for the freezer but that has been the height of my entertainment the last few weeks 😂

Still no sign of any contractions so just waiting on a bed in the labour ward and will then be put on an oxytocin drip

Can I just say if use havnt got these in yet go and get some for after birth!! Stock pile them if you can because they are the best! Xxx

Still no baby 🙈 finally got to the labour ward just after 2am, got the drip and an epidural but still not in active labour 🙄😫 they will check me again in a few hours

Aww good luck!! Your doing brilliant already just rember that and soon enough you'll have your baby x

Will definitely be born today as they can only leave me so long after the waters

So glad you’ve got an epidural. When they put me on the drip with my first son they didn’t give me anything and it was hell.

Baby Callie arrived at 2.30 pm today weighing 7lb 4oz

My son arrived safely by planned C-section on 30/12, weighing 7lbs 12oz. It’s certainly been an adjustment caring for him and recovering from the op. He’s adorable though!

Congrats so far to all you ladies who have had your lovely babies. I’ve got an elective section booked on the 22nd and am feeling a bit anxious about recovery with a bouncy 4 year old!
