Has anyone, with multiple children, NOT had a miscarriage?

I'm aware this may be an insensitive question so I'm sorry if this offends anyone. It's absolutely not my intention. I'm just extremely anxious right now and looking for some reassurance.

I'm very early on in my second pregnancy, my first dd was conceived in one "try", and so was this pregnancy. I think the main source of my anxiety is the thought that how could I possibly be so lucky to get pregnant so easily and then be so lucky to have two healthy babies just like that?

I'm very aware of how common miscarriage is, especially with October being Pregnancy and Infant loss awareness month, so I've seen a lot about it on social media recently. That's probably compounding my anxiety too.

I feel like it's "my turn" to have a loss, since my first pregnancy was successful. I know that sounds crazy.

Again, I'm very sorry, if I've offended anyone.

5 pregnancies 2 mcs

Two pregnancies and no MC here.

However it did take a while to conceive DC1 and I had at least one quite-late period in that time, which might have been a very early failure, but not what I'd call a MC. Maybe medically speaking it would count, but not emotionally.

I did have horrific pregnancies and births, the first one especially was almost a disaster and left me with trauma flashbacks for years. So I don't consider myself 100% lucky with the whole thing.

I have a friend who I consider incredibly lucky, she’s had two pregnancies both past 41 years that resulted in 2 healthy children, no miscarriages.

Don’t get bogged down in statistics. There is no such thing as your time to be unlucky. That’s your anxiety, don’t listen to it.

For me first pregnancy missed miscarriage. Second pregnancy ectopic pregnancy. Third pregnancy live birth. Four pregnancy secondary infertility and needed clomid to conceive. Yes it was a heartbreaking time but that didn’t stop me trying . I got to have two children in the end

Oh.. my first pregnancy was a mmc, my second was an ectopic and I’ve just begun my third (4 + years ttc). Hopefully I’ll snap with you!

Same here

2 pregnancies, no miscarriages (unless they were very early? I only ever tested after a missed period). Also conceived first time with both. I was 35 and 37.

I feel incredibly incredibly lucky compared to so many people I know. I thank my lucky stars every day.

3 babies in first month of trying, no miscarriages. Wouldn’t really say it in real life as lots of people round us have struggled, but no issues for us at all.

Good luck!

Nescafeneeded · 18/10/2025 20:24

2 babies, one conceived first month and the second second month (I often wonder if a third would be conceived on the third month?! I’ll never know) and no miscarriages. I feel very lucky.

MrsMitford3 · 18/10/2025 20:28

I also fell pregnant very easily.

3 children. 1 miscarriage between 2&3.

It was ridiculously close to number 2 and I wonder what on earth we were thinking. Was still exclusively breastfeeding so that doesn't stop you from getting pregnant.

I am lucky enough to have had child number 3 who was clearly meant to be.

Good luck @Pleasegetmeacoffeesotired

Two babies conceived on the first try. No miscarriages

RedLeggedPartridge · 18/10/2025 20:38

1:5 pregnancies end in miscarriage, mostly because of abnormalities - the pregnancy was never viable.
I’ve had 3 pregnancies and 3 miscarriages.
