Had my implant removed at 35, 10 months later, a couple of months after turning 36 I was pregnant. But.. We weren't really trying. We were pretty lassaiz-faire about it all. No tracking ovulation or even paying attention to cycles, we just stopped using protection and dtd whenever we felt like it. Basically leaving it up to chance/nature/god/other deity of choice as to whether I'd get pregnant or not. We may well have got pregnant earlier if we'd put more effort in!

mitogoshigg · 01/11/2024 00:38

It's chance! Assuming neither have fertility issues you are as likely to get pregnant on month 1 as month 10. Don't start trying until you're ready as probability in any month isn't cumulative

Two weeks and sex five times...and that was that. Very fortunate!!

30: 1 month
33: 3 months
37: 1 month (Mc) 1 month

HappyGoLucky31 · 01/11/2024 06:35

29 - 1st pregnancy, 1 month. Had a MC.
30 - 2nd pregnancy, 2 months.
34 - currently pregnant now. 1 month, a complete surprise! 😂

Junebug22 · 01/11/2024 06:39

35 - First “try”. Wasn’t tracking cycles or anything. Had unprotected sex once and we were shocked (purely because we’d expected it would take a while!) when the test was positive the next month.

Good luck!

FormerlySpeckledyHen · 01/11/2024 06:39

38 - 2 months
41 - 1 month

SophiaJ8 · 01/11/2024 06:40

Mummyboy1 · 01/11/2024 06:46

Boohoo76 · 01/11/2024 06:48

34 - one month
37 - one month

penguinbiscuits · 01/11/2024 06:58

One year. I was 35. Sex every other day.

penguinbiscuits · 01/11/2024 07:01

So crazy people got pregnant after 1-2 months Smile

I was using ovulation sticks and it was showing ovulation every month. We had sex every day for around ovulation.

DH got someone pregnant before in his late teens so I know he had no issues.

Yet it took us a year for me to fall pregnant. A very long and painful year 😄

Alainlechat · 01/11/2024 07:01

First month at age 34 and then again 1st month at 36.

JustWalkingTheDogs · 01/11/2024 07:03

At 34 I got pregnant almost straight away, at 38 we tried for 18 months and it didn't happen. We had all the tests and the doctor put it down to our ages (I was 38 and my dh 39)

elb1504 · 01/11/2024 07:04

1st aged 32 took 3 months currently pregnant with 2nd at 36 and took 1 try.

krisspie · 01/11/2024 07:07

Age 34 - within first month
Age 37- within first month

CSSL7 · 01/11/2024 07:20

First try @ 33 and which TFMR then four months @ 34 (which I think was probably due to trauma & hormone irregulation)

Whenyoupickapawpaw · 01/11/2024 07:22

Age 34 - 7 months to conceive but currently 17 weeks pregnant with my first

Brandnewskytohangyourstarsupon · 01/11/2024 07:24

Anything from 6 months to 2 years.
All ending in miscarriage unfortunately.
The risk is high.

Anni23 · 01/11/2024 07:34

At 32 and 36 straight away both times.

MrsPostmanPat · 01/11/2024 07:38

Almostwelsh · 31/10/2024 22:41

A single act of unprotected sex was enough

Same! Had my third DC at 35. It was planned but happened far quicker than expected!
