I have found out VERY early that I am pregnant and due early June (I am only 10dpo today) and found out yesterday I am pregnant (22 Sept)

Wanted to start this thread for those of you who have also just found out :) I found the thread when I was pregnant with my son super helpful!

I'm Lexie, 32, have a 14 month old son so am just squeezing in 2 under 2 :)

@Chaz693 that's great! It really is the best way to see what's happening! 🤞🏻 implantation bleeding as that's what it sounds like. I got my second results back today and has tripled so can relax for another day 😂

That's amazing that it's tripled! Yeah i honestly think it will be the only thing to calm my anxiety down! I keep swooping between everything is fine to somethings wrong lol! I need some professional to tell me it's heading the right way at least! X

Daniki · 03/10/2024 21:57

@Chaz693 yep feeling the exact same 😂 Jesus I had to prize the results out the receptionists mouth earlier she wanted me to wait until my gp appointment on the 17th for them 😂 least you'll get answers and you'll know if it's heading in the right direction! X

This would be me too! God pregnancy is such an anxiety inducing thing lol! I don't remember being like this with my first but it was 5 years ago lol! So maybe I've just forgot! X

Daniki · 04/10/2024 00:41

@Chaz693 aw the worst the first trimester is so hard because you're just left alone with no reassurance all is ok 🙈😂

Rivermay · 04/10/2024 09:10

Morning, is anyone still doing a bbt chart? or do you stop once you've got the bfp. My temp is all over the place it's freaking me out

Rivermay · 04/10/2024 10:28

Don't know if it's due too implantation, the temp but I have just seen the tiniest bit of brown blood/discharge. Trying not to panic.. but I'm panicking 😭 no pains just little cramps here and there. Only 3 weeks and 6 days 🙏 it's implantation

katsworld24 · 04/10/2024 10:29

Looking for some advice please 🙏🏼
Since Wednesday I've had no cramps/left sided pains or spotting when wiping. Feeling pretty normal now actually (good or bad thing I don't know)
Do you girls think I should still go to my referred epu scan on Tuesday to check all ok? Or now it's all stopped assume everything is fine and cancel the appointment?!xx

Sparklyfi · 04/10/2024 11:33

Can I join too?
I got my first bfp yesterday after trying for over a year with our first.

Clear Blue says 1-2 weeks, so very early, due 12th June 25.
I'm 39 & husband 49, we are now absolutely terrified 🙈🤣
Tell me that's normal?!?

NEMammy · 04/10/2024 11:56

@katsworld24 I would still go if I were you. It won’t do any harm and will hopefully ease your mind a little.

@Sparklyfi huge congratulations!! Absolutely normal, it’s terrifying and incredible in equal measure 😅

Soprano1985 · 04/10/2024 12:10

@katsworld24 definitely still go. No harm if the appointment is already scheduled.

@Sparklyfi congratulations ! I am 39 myself in 10 days, so feels very different than when I had my DD aged 29. If anything I’m more nervous this time around

Angelselevenx · 04/10/2024 12:11

Hey, can I join? Been sat waiting to join but petrified I'm jinxing myself. Been TTC 20 months with one chemical pregnancy on cycle 2 (18 months ago!!!), was put on progesterone from 2dpo and managed to conceive first cycle.

So worried and keep testing to see if tests are getting darker and driving myself insane. EDD 14th June xx

Daniki · 04/10/2024 12:22

Hi @Angelselevenx nice to see you here! Have been in many a thread with you 🥰 tentative congrats!

Absolutely still go, if anything will give you reassurance 🥰

katsworld24 · 04/10/2024 12:46

Thanks everyone ❤️
Hope your all feeling ok today.x

Angelselevenx · 04/10/2024 13:28

Hey @Daniki tentative congratulations to you too! Never thought I'd make it onto a pregnancy board 😅🤞🏼

How are everyone's symptoms? I'm only 4w tomorrow so symptoms are pretty minimal, I did have some back ache and a bit of cramping yesterday but that seems to have stopped now 🙏🏽

Daniki · 04/10/2024 13:30

@Angelselevenx common enough I had the same! Only symptoms for me really is sore boobs on and off, tiredness and i am eating all around me 😂 I am 5+5 today have a scan Friday week so hopefully will see a heartbeat 🤞🏻🙏 delighted for you it's finally worked, so exciting!

Bewildened · 04/10/2024 14:14

@Sparklyfi Im also bricking it. Have even posted a separate thread wondering if we’ve made a terrible mistake.

Im 37 years old and this is dc3 so I really should know what I’m doing by now?!

Ive been exhausted and feeling nauseous already, and my skin is horrendous - all much earlier symptoms than in my previous pregnancies. I’m 4+2 with Edd 11 June - will go for an early scan at 6 weeks due to previous missed miscarriages.

I'm so surprised at my reaction! We've been actively trying and now it's happening I'm just like WTF.

Life won't be the same again, I'm scared of losing who we are as a couple and who I am as a person. It's a total mind f#*k

It is a massive change going from 0-1 - I’m not going to lie! But it’s amazing.

In my case I am worried about whether another sibling is really the right thing for my kids, who will now have to share me with a demanding baby, and what the impact on my career will be. But I had a mmc in July so really shouldn’t count my chickens with this one.

Sparklyfi · 04/10/2024 15:49

@Bewildened thanks for the reassurance!!

I wish I could give you advice, all I can say is just remember reasons you were trying for in first place and you have 2 mini helpers now!!

Angelselevenx · 04/10/2024 17:10

@Daniki did yours stop after a day or so? I've had nothing today! I'm only 13dpo so I do still worry about my tests but there's progression over 48 hours and it's still SO early so I just need to be hopeful (with lots of reassurance) 😂

Amazing, let us know how you get on next week! I'll definitely be booking early scans, and probably weekly thereafter 🤦🏽‍♀️

Daniki · 04/10/2024 17:56

@Angelselevenx mine was on and off for a bout a week I think! I still get the odd bout of cramps but the progesterone mimics that all anyway! Great to be having progessionx seeing those lines darken is a great feeling! Oh defo get in for the early scan, it's a long wait to 12 weeks!

InTheLibrary · 04/10/2024 17:59

Hi all just checking in. I’m 20dpo and my tests seem to be progressing nicely, which is such a relief after my chemical last month! I’ve got my usual early signs of tiredness and a stuffy nose, waiting for the nausea next week!
Hope everyone is doing well.

NEMammy · 04/10/2024 18:41

Those of you doing private early scans, when will you go? I know it’s a fine balance between going as early as possible and being sure you’re far enough along to see something! Last time I went at 9.5weeks but ideally want sooner this time!
