I have found out VERY early that I am pregnant and due early June (I am only 10dpo today) and found out yesterday I am pregnant (22 Sept)

Wanted to start this thread for those of you who have also just found out :) I found the thread when I was pregnant with my son super helpful!

I'm Lexie, 32, have a 14 month old son so am just squeezing in 2 under 2 :)

@Angelselevenx not really, I have nausea on and off but if I eat it keeps it bay so I find I'm eating all the time but I'm always hungry! 😂 my boobs sore and off defo sporadic not constant. And then pulling and twinges down below and a sore back, these I'm not enjoying because it all triggers thoughts of a miscarriage 😩 but I keep telling myself it's normal! What about you? Xx

LacedBouquet · 15/10/2024 14:47

I am having such anxiety today! I am 5w+4 and feel like my symptoms are less and then my RHR on my Applewatch has dropped so it has me spiralling. It didn't help that I had a dream last night that I miscarried. Pregnancy after loss is not fun! Hoping my RHR increases again and all of my symptoms come flooding back so I can try and relax again.

Angelselevenx · 15/10/2024 14:58

@Daniki they all sound like good symptoms! I'm absolutely starving, sore nipples, boobs feel like I've done a workout but that's on and off, lower back pain but that's on and off too and so out of breath, then on off light cramps but that's pretty much it! I keep testing cause it just doesn't feel real 😭🤦🏽‍♀️ x

Daniki · 15/10/2024 15:03

@Angelselevenx oh yes I have the breathlessness too actually I was putting stuff in the dishwasher there and nearly needed to lie down after 😂 haha I know but when it's been so long to get to this points it's hard to believe it's real!

@LacedBouquet try not to stress it's totally normal for symptoms to come and go ❤️ easier said than done I know!

Thanks! I think these pregnancy hormones just send the brain into overdrive. On the bright side I did throw up my lunch so that’s something 🙈 I think I need to stop looking at my RHR. I’m not sure it’s super reliable anyway for indicating if a pregnancy is going well or not.

PlanABC · 15/10/2024 17:22

My symptoms could be pregnancy or just whatever is going around just now.

On the other hand, my 2.5yo son currently has swollen nipples due to probable (and apparently common and transient) hormone imbalance.... 😅🤣

Sobersally · 15/10/2024 18:29

Anyone else really irritable? Feeling sorry for DP who I keep getting annoyed with I’m not even sure why I’m annoyed 🙈 got to be hormones?!

Sobersally · 15/10/2024 18:32

@HannahLeanne defo so much clearer on clearblue for me! I won’t relax until I’ve seen healthy scans though early pregnancy is so scary isn’t it! I don’t really have many symptoms I’m a bit moody and really hungry, also some mild cramps and backache which I’ve had in pregnancy before so trying not to overthink, how about you?

Daniki · 15/10/2024 18:34

@LacedBouquet yes I haven't heard that one but try not get too bogged down on it. Great you threw up your lunch 😂 but I know what you mean I'm nearly grateful every time I get a wave of nausea 😣😂

So I had an US and bloods on Sunday, the gestational sac is measuring 5mm and hcg was in the 3000. Ive been feeling quite positive considering the situation. Yet i had the second bloods taken today and it's not doubled, she did said in a normal pregnancy she wouldn't be as worry but because they couldn't locate the iud on sunday, it's still can be considered to be an ectopic pregnancy. I'm going back on Thursday for another US and blood test. Now everytime I get an ache or pain I'm panicking

bananapancake0 · 15/10/2024 20:25

Hello everyone :)
Joining this thread I'm due 13th June x

Hi @Needcoffee24 what you’ve written is all too familiar for me I’m afraid. The fact the HCG hasn’t doubled at this stage isn’t the best sign. If you’re worrying and you’re getting pain then recontact your EPU for another assessment. If you don’t advocate for yourself then no-one else will. I hope you have support at home.

Needcoffee24 · 15/10/2024 21:52

@MummyMammoth I don't know what to think. She said that it would of be OK if it was an normal pregnancy, ?!(which if my iud has fallen out it would be.) But because they cant xray me there not 100% sure. I didnt ask about the hcg count stupid I know. I will ring tomorrow and find out. Im not in any serious pain, just cramps here and there. I'll be 5+4 on Thursday. No real support at home as this wasn't a planned pregnancy, but once I saw those two pink lines, I was so emotional and excited,
(iud was put in 5 mouths ago as I suffered from extremely bad periods)

CosmoMango · 15/10/2024 22:01

@Needcoffee24 Do you know how close to doubling it was? Mine was 3% off doubling in 48 hours and it didn't look like there was a need to be concerned online

Needcoffee24 · 16/10/2024 06:37

@CosmoMango technically it wasn't even 48 hours it was 45. I think but still I didn't ask what the second count was unfortunately I will be ringing up today to see. I understand but I can't talk to anyone about it, apart from on here.

AmberM223 · 16/10/2024 08:25

Hey everyone, hope it’s ok to jump on this. I have just found out i’m expecting (Due around 22nd June) 14DPO so still super early. But already starting to feel sick and i had Hyperemesis Gravidarum in my first pregnancy so i’m starting to feel a little worried!

Needcoffee24 · 16/10/2024 09:16

Bloods we're
13th Sunday 3877
15th Tues 4820
I did read somewhere that over 1200 it can stop doubling every 48 and double every 72.??! Another scan tomorrow morning and more bloods. But it's not looking to great for me now 😭

codemytea · 16/10/2024 09:23

Morning everyone. I'm at the end of my tether, second time this week I've woken up a couple hours into sleep with excruciating back pain - bad enough that I throw up from the pain alone! I end up popping a couple of painkillers and walking it off a bit before going back to bed with a pillow curled beneath my back to provide support, but of course I barely get any sleep from then on.

Coupled with the fact that one of my only symptoms nowadays seems to be constant fatigue, it really isn't helping matters!

Please tell me I'm not the only one with this! I've tried researching online but the only entry that comes up are muscule spasms that are meant to come in the 3rd trimester... definitely not there yet, but yet another thing to look forward to. It's too early to meet a midwife yet to ask these questions to, so really hoping I'm not going mad here :D

Welcome + congrats @AmberM223! Hope all goes well with the sickness and it doesn't get any worse x

Daniki · 16/10/2024 09:42

@codemytea you need to get that checked out, just to ensure it's not ectopic, I know back pain is normal but if it's that bad I would just want to make sure. Can you ring your EPU? At least you'll know where you stand!

codemytea · 16/10/2024 10:13

@Daniki - I've got a scan booked in today actually to check whether it's ectopic or not, hopefully that should shed some light on the matter

Daniki · 16/10/2024 10:50

@codemytea oh great! Hope all will be fine 🙏

codemytea · 16/10/2024 10:59

@Daniki Thank you!

Argh I’m 6 weeks today and feeling so ill, so spotty and so bloated. My work clothes feel really tight and I look terrible!

I really don’t want to tell them at work for ages but at this rate it is going to be very hard to keep it secret.

@Needcoffee24 im sorry about the uncertainty - fingers crossed you get some answers soon.
