Little about me I'm 34 nearly 35 DH 39 nearly 4

TTC for 3 months, My rainbow baby after a loss at 18 at 6/7 weeks

I'm from a town called Dagenham in the UK

Can chat about anything you like or if you feel you need to vent lol

Ha I'm a midwife too and yet cannot not stress about early pregnancy lol

@UnicornPrincessSarah iv had the waking up sweating for a few days, had to sleep with the fan on a few times! I don’t know my exact pregnancy date as my periods was so irregular and would only be on a day or two every 2/3 weeks so confusing! But not had any bleeding for nearly a month now, should have really put it on my phone calendar , but wasn’t expecting it to happen so soon lol. So I’m going from the clear blue 1-2 weeks which I understand is 3-4 to the doctor, once I meet with the midwife il ask for a dating scan xx

Oh no not good they say we can get colds as our body weakens to get stronger for baby, right now I'm just having nasal issues like sinus pressure and maybe heather breathing lol, hope your cold goes soon

Oh no i dont even own a fan, best get one soon if it carrys on not sure how long I was sweating for but noticed it when woke up 4.30am to go toilet was just my chest area rest was ok for now. but when tried to lay on side my boobs stuck lol
when did you do the clear and blue 1- 2 week test? think we get dating scan 10/12 weeks

@emmies86 here is my full line progression started testing last Friday 22nd March

These are really useful thank you. I am going to keep testing everyday until I get a line that matches the control line then probably every few days. How are you doing?

@emmies86 Im doing ok thank you, getting a little tired now, new symptom for me last 24 hours is erect nipples and when erect supper sensitive lol, I'm not sure if I'm going to carry on with every day testing may change it to every 3 days and then to every week

My areolas are massive all of a sudden my DH noticed before I did. Nipple guards might help if they are hard and sensitive I used them with my son.

Mine have always been big lol but hubby says they gone paler lol

I get myself a bit scared as the cramps come and go and some day have no cramps and I'm like is everything ok lol

how do we keep ourselves instance for another 8 weeks till 12 week scan lol

I think it's why I'm having a private scan at 6 weeks for sanity. Yeh I've had cramping abit today it's terrifying. It's helps having this group I find

@emmies86 @UnicornPrincessSarah I wouldn't be able to keep myself sane for 8 weeks. I get a scan with my clinic at 6-7 weeks but if I didn't i think I'd end up paying for one and still might at 9 weeks (if all ok at first one). Its my official test day today and I'm so happy!

Sorry I've been a bit absent, I've been trying to just forget about pregnancy for the last couple of days 🤷🏼‍♀️
It's been 3 days since my big bleed and attached is the test I've just taken... I'm going to stop testing now as I'm assuming I am still pregnant until anything further happens.

With regards to bleeding (as it happens more often than people think) bleeding early pregnancy doesn't always mean the worst, although it is terrifying. I bled bright red and clots from 6-12 weeks with my DD (one occasion I had blood running down my legs just to put into perspective how much there was) and everything turned out fine. I was in and out for scans and it was terrifying, but the point I'm trying to make is it doesn't always equal miscarriage.

So for now... I'm going to try and relax 🥰

@icallshade this is amazing, so pleased for you and that test looks so strong!! I took a strip test this morning SMU and it looks a little fainter than yesterday. Trying not to freak out and that maybe it was a test with a little less dye in than the others. Still very much a positive but just not as dark as it’s been the past few days….

@dreammama different tests can be wildly different. My Boots vs One Step online cheapies were so so different and both sensitive x

I may book a 9 week one after my 6 week one. My anxiety is of the scale.

Results are looking great. I hope they ease your mind.

Hi how you today? I think if I did a private scan I would maybe go for 8 weeks myself as have to remember the conception date is maybe 1/2 weeks dates they nhs date us for our period and due date so when go for scans they may struggle as really at 6 weeks baby could only be 4 weeks but not sure?

Congrats again I'm thinking I did a private scan maybe going for the 8 week one to be sure on dates. my digital arrived today but not sure when to use it lol app says I'm 4 weeks 3 days today so digital maybe 1/2 or 2/3? ovulation was 12th or 14th march for me

still doing my strips more come today I'm 16/18 dpo today

And you are right I hear so many stories where people have bled and all been ok did you go in and get seen last time when it happened? and did they give you anything?

So todays update for me ladies 16/18dpo today

Not really have many belly cramps anymore but do have sensitive nipples and last 2 night night sweats, last night had my first nightmare that I woke up with all blood coming out of me down below screaming for my husband wasn't nice, so as soon as I woke up I run and done today's test

My digital test arrived today aswell now just need to decide when to do it

And I also got myself a pregnancy journal aswell from amazon

Yeh true but I couldn't wait and booked it. I need to calm myself down abit. Mostly want to check it's growing in my uterus and stuff.

Yeah that's what i said to hubby as he wasn't to sure so if he lets me we will go for 8 weeks so last week of April time, when have you booked yours for?

I went in at 6 weeks last time to the EPU and was scanned, I then had weekly scans until 10 weeks in EPU. They couldn't locate source of bleeding unfortunately!

@icallshade oh that is strange but glad your DD was ok, I suppose sometimes we can bleed for no reason as as scary as that can be
