Hi,
im currently 4 weeks pregnant, very anxious as I’ve had previous miscarriages. Is anyone else 4 weeks pregnant or early pregnant that wants to go on the journey together?

I’m 4 weeks 5 days and also very worried! Have tested every day since I was 3 weeks 1 day!! I’d like to think I’m past the chemical stage as my tests are strong but so anxious about miscarriages, ectopics and missed miscarriages!

Babyno2onway · 05/10/2023 19:48

Congratulations!!
Its hard isn’t it because your so excited but so worried but I guess it’s part of being a mother too.. I pray a healthy pregnancy. Have you had any symptoms? What has your tests been like? I’ve been testing daily too and I’m seeing the lines slowly to improve, going to get the digital cb and see if the weeks have gone up. Are you planning on having an early scan? Sorry for all the questions I’m just excited and nervous. Also I know it’s hard as I’m the same but positivity is key it’s what I keep telling myself.

I’m in the same boat - four weeks
pregnant after two losses. I’m really happy to be pregnant because I was trying for a while - so I’m glad to get the respite from
the ovulation watch drama not least being so triggered when the whole world seems to be falling pregnant. I’m feeling quite tired and hungry and sick - which I take as a good sign -I know I will get a scan soon - but I really want to hide away in my little pregnancy bubble.

Hiya,
4 weeks 1 day here, trying not to get my hopes up as my tests (only internet cheap ones) are a bit all over the place, don't seem to be progressing and I've had a chemical in the past, only time will tell, trying to stay positive Smile

Babyno2onway · 06/10/2023 05:31

@Stelladaisy congratulations & I totally understand where your coming from im the same. your getting symptoms that’s a good sign & we will count down the weeks together until we can get our first scan 🤞🏻

Babyno2onway · 06/10/2023 05:34

@coffeebabes congratulations! & that’s happening to me the early response I have 2 good lines and digital clear blue says pregnant but the lines on the cheap tests or the strip tests I’m not seeing much improvement and it’s worrying me. But yes all we can do is stay positive 🤞🏻

@Babyno2onway the only symptoms I appear to have is sore breasts, sensitive nipples and mild cramping at times. I’ve been struck down with a cold so feeling very tired but I’m putting this down to the cold rather than pregnancy. My tests are strong luckily, I previously had a chemical at 4 weeks 5 days so I’m pleased to have gotten past that stage now with strong tests, last time at 4 weeks 5 days my line was hardly there. Just tested this morning and got my first dye stealer so really pleased! Booked for an early scan at 6 weeks 4 days!

Babyno2onway · 06/10/2023 06:40

@LW678 I’ve got similar symptoms sore breats, mild cramping, tired. & I’m very happy you got your dye stealer still waiting for mine 🤞🏻 I can’t seem to get a dark line just faint so I’m just crossing everything & bet your excited for your scan, I’m hoping to book one for then aswell.

LW678 · 06/10/2023 06:47

The cramping worries me slightly but it’s very on and off and stronger tests are reassuring me, also it seems very common in other pregnancies. I was worried about line progression a few days ago as it was staying the same but today has made a jump so that could be the case for you too. I can’t not wait!

Babyno2onway · 06/10/2023 06:52

@LW678 yes cramping is common and normal but it is very worrying still as you just want to make sure everything is okay but your stronger lines are very amazing and positive and yes I hope so, I have ordered some digitals for peace of mind 🤞🏻 cause I feel like I’m losing my mind constantly testing and comparing lines

LW678 · 06/10/2023 07:13

I don’t think we will ever get a peace of mind until the baby has arrived 😂

Babyno2onway · 06/10/2023 07:45

@LW678 very true 😂

I currently have covid which is not ideal!

coffeebabes · 08/10/2023 09:19

Hey, not too bad thankyou, still obsessively testing everyday and worrying about everything 😂 I don't have any obvious symptoms atm. How are you?

@LW678 hope your not feeling to rubbish, I had covid in my last pregnancy at 10 weeks and everything was fine Smile I just kept an eye on my temperature and took paracetamol if my temp was getting a bit warm

LW678 · 08/10/2023 09:21

Thank you - luckily haven’t been too poorly other than a stinking cold and cough x

Babyno2onway · 08/10/2023 13:47

@LW678 sorry to hear that, it’s going round badly again recently hope you get better asap

@coffeebabes yes i’m still testing constantly aswell I can’t help it, I’m seeing improvement finally so it’s made me happier but still worry constantly because my lines go up and down, my symptoms are just sore breasts and bloating at the moment

OP posts:
Stelladaisy · 08/10/2023 15:31

Sorry to hear about the covid @LW678 but glad to hear everyone is doing ok. I’ve stayed away from testing anymore as I don’t think my nerves could take it. I’m doing ok - some insane hunger pangs. I’ve gotten a private prescription for progesterone which I think is helping psychologically if not medically - I don’t qualify for it on the nhs as I’ve only had two losses which is baffling but I rang Tommies and they advised I hunt it down

Babyno2onway · 08/10/2023 16:01

@Stelladaisy i was looking into progression myself as I know people who swear by it and after doing research it does seem amazing, I got an app with the gp tomorrow hoping he will give it me if not I’m gonna have to go private too & I think I’m gonna try and stay away from testing now too because it sends me crazy.

Congratulations everyone ❤️ I am 4 weeks & 3 today I tested yesterday and the day before but don't think il test anymore than that I had a MMC in June at 8 weeks so just trying to enjoy every moment unless there is a solid reason to test again, keep thinking less stress for me the better

Babyno2onway · 09/10/2023 07:47

@Georg1994 congratulations! & yes I don’t blame you I feel like testing constantly does just make you stress constantly and we should just be enjoying this moment instead, I have officially decided to stop testing too. Have you had any symptoms as of yet?

Thank you, it's tempting to test but trying to be strong and kind to my head! Not really last week I felt exhausted and had a few bad head aches, my nipples are slightly sensitive. But haven't had much cramping just a pinch here and there, my hunger is through the roof and skin is bad, but kind of wish I had more cramps but it's still so early I guess

Couggstar123 · 09/10/2023 23:33

This is so weird. My initials are LW, I recently had a chemical at 4 weeks 5 days, I’m currently pregnant again and I have Covid. I was reading this thread thinking is this me??? 😂

I’m sending love and hope to you all for healthy pregnancies. I am currently 4 weeks 3 days so obviously anxious. I’m having lots of mild cramping and have sore/fuzzy feeling boobs. Nauseated at night but my HCG defo seems to spike in the evenings as my FMU have always been weaker.

I am trying extremely hard not to test all the time in this pregnancy as they are so variable and it’s not good for my mind if they aren’t visibly stronger but I am constantly eyeballing that cos of E@H 🤣

LW678 · 10/10/2023 08:50

Haha that’s crazy! Good luck with your pregnancy 🥰
