Tentatively seeing if anyone else is due then yet?

I got a positive digital this morning and based on Ovulation I'd be due 30th April and 2nd May based on LMP, but until the dating scan that could easily change a week either way based on previous babies!

Anyone else struggling with the tiredness? I had a nap this afternoon - no chance I can normally do once I’m back teaching tomorrow and with a 3 year old 😭

@JR94 yes, big time! And the worst thing is when I go to bed I suddenly can't sleep, I spend hours lying awake (some of it worrying, some of it just twiddling my thumbs basically!)

Also struggling with tiredness. Having bad anxiety as well which doesn’t help with getting enough sleep. Luckily work from home so can have a lunchtime nap if needed. Nausea is ramping up a bit now but no actual sickness yet…

anyone started having sickness yet?

@JR94 YES! 7 weeks today, went back to work in a school and have literally napped since I got home at 4pm today. Struggling to keep my eyes open! Thank goodness for hubby being here for our 10 year old son. I feel so exhausted all the time, especially by 1pm

Hi all, still trucking along here. Appetite of a small elephant, particularly swaying to the white carbs and McDonald’s. I have found if I get hungry, I get nauseous. Thus, grazing constantly.
Some days absolutely exhausted. I work from
home and can control my diary 80% of the time so that has been a god send for some afternoon snoozes!

Private scan booked for Friday, still radio silence from the Hospital self referral - boo!

I’m 6+2 and also super hungry. If I don’t eat regularly I feel nauseous. I’m also super bloated, like I look further along than I am!

I worry how I’m going to cope. My first pregnancy coincided with lockdown so I got away with hiding at home, napping, etc.

@Nynm23 I think they're struggling, it's taken me 3 working days to get through to someone to book an appointment, he's said my booking in will likely be when I'm 10 weeks. I wish I was under a hospital that used pregnancy notes, seems a better system. I'm on holiday in October so I think I'm going to book a private scan to make sure things are going as planned, I'm such a worry knickers!!

I’m in NI - would you believe we get a big paper folder that MUST come to every appointment. I assume those in mainland have it slightly better?

I am down south in Ireland and we are the same, a paper folder you bring to every appointment!

Is Scotland all our notes are electric and we have an app.. its fab but if you are unwell in another health bored they have no access

Joining in here! I just got my BFP and I’m due early May. I’m equally excited and terrified about what lies ahead.

Congrats @Cinai! Me too, I know it’s totally normal but one moment I’m so excited and the next I’m panicking about the likes of birth and how our lives are going to change. 🙈

Oh yes @HopeAndChocolate I’m so glad I’m not alone! This is a much wanted baby and I’m very excited, but I laid awake at night yesterday panicking about life never being the same again, pregnancy/birth pains etc

@Cinai congratulations, in my first pregnancy I thought about the same. I remember saying after having my daughter that I'd give birth 100 times than have toothache. I experienced both pains in pregnancy lol! You forget about the labour pains once you've got your little baby. I still remember the toothache 😂 but also the midwives are amazing and will help you if you need anything.

Also, is anyone finding their symptoms calm down at night (when asleep), I slept terribly last night but when I was awake I didn't really struggle with symptoms, then woke up and felt my boobs were on fire and the nausea was back. So weird! Took a Clearblue Digi today because my symptoms have been so up and down I just wanted to see what it'd say, and it was 3+ which is what I was expecting! I know it doesn't mean anything but it's nice to see!

Sorry I’ve been absent recently! I’ve been so tired that I’ve pretty much slept most days for the past week 😂
I’m 5 weeks tomorrow but the nausea is already ramping up, especially in the morning. I had HG with my daughter so I guess this is it starting now, I’m already taking anti sickness medication.

I also look pregnant already! I’m actually really worried because I had my bloods taken when I was 4+3 and my hcg was 2293! I’m 100% certain of my ovulation date as well. I’m worrying it could be molar pregnancy.. I had a MC not long ago and I also have anxiety so I’m just non stop worrying somethings wrong 😭

i'm 5 weeks - so due early May with my first. Excited & nervous as we've been having fertility treatment to get here! Got my first scan on the 18th and panicking every time i feel a cramp - wishing the days will hurry up!

Omg I can't stop eating today. I'm so full and bloated and in theory shouldn't need to eat at all because of the amount I've consumed but I'm so ravenous still 🙈

I have gone from ravenous yesterday to no appetite and slightly queasy today - what a rollercoaster!

Congrats & welcome @Obione1 ! So nerve-wracking waiting for that first scan isn't it 😣

Am I going to have to buy maternity pants already? This bloat is ridiculous, I didn't show with my first until around 20 weeks, I'm 6 weeks today and in the afternoons I have an obvious bump. It is 100% bloat, but I can feel the top of my uterus already.

Any STPs finding the same? Will I be MASSIVE this time 😱
