4 weeks pregnant / due April 2024

Hello!

I got a BFP this morning and think that I am approximately 4 weeks pregnant.
Whilst I am of course delighted, I had a chemical pregnancy last month and so my initial elation has quickly been replaced with fear and wishing that I didn't know so early!

Just wondering if there is anyone in the same boat? If really appreciate some company and morale support during the wait!

Ok I actually just felt excited for the first time about being 5 weeks tomorrow! Not sure I'll be able to resist taking my last weeks test to see if it says 3+!!

Snap! I did the same as you this morning and got the same ‘2-3 weeks’. I’m 4 weeks exactly today but LMP. So exciting! I’m out of digitals though as I already wasted the other digital on an earlier test, and I’m not I can justify buying more 😅

Also feeling a tiny bit of nausea. While I'm not looking forward to that phase, it's also reassuring.

yeah I'm starting to feel nauseous as well now and though it's not pleasant hoping it continues and gets worse as def a good sign

Hoping to be on the pregnancy journey again after two miscarriages this year.

Very nervous, I won't lie but hoping for the best.
Tested positive a week ago and got my 2-3 on a digital mid week. Might take another in a few days, I want that 3+!
All self registered with my local hospital and also found out I'll be eligible for an early scan at 8 weeks due to my recent miscarriages.
Starting a new job in a few weeks too, everything happens for a reason right?!

Hi all, joining this thread as just got my 3+ that I’ve been patiently waiting for! Am 5+2 with an EDD of mid April! My first baby has just turned one.

How’s everyone feeling? I’m struggling with indigestion/tightening right up at the top of my stomach and nausea which started last time around my 6th week.

Constant dull ache, like a period cramp and tiredness is kicking my ass! Boobs also getting so veiny and I'm convinced my nipples are darker?

@netflixandnochill Hi, I'm also 5+2 today according to LMP! Did my last digital today and got that 3+ and my easy@homes the test line is stronger than the control line!
I have a lot of bloating and I think today some mild nausea has set in, also did the food shop and was turning my nose up at everything!!

Those with another child..... is it just me or is my stomach now a trampoline! I'm obviously more aware of my stomach but DD 3 has just asked to sit on my lap and somehow done a WWE elbow drop onto my uterus! I hope that tiny baby is well protected!!!! 😳

@jodie000 DP also asked me why my nipples are weird and dark!!!

Hi guys, hoping I can join 😊 got a faint positive earlier today (13dpo, period 1 day late) with smu. Gonna test again on Monday to make sure its darker and hopefully get a more obvious positive!

Due date would be April 28th, I'm only 3+6 today so tentatively accepting I'm pregnant, but trying to wait a week til I let it fully sink in 😅 still don't quite believe it with the test being so faint.

Had Mild cramps so far, and hip aches when i was stood in line at iceland earlier, which sucked.

@jenn88 haha yes my 2 year old has been kneeing and kicking me in the lower tummy nonstop 😅 don't worry, I think the little ones are pretty well protected in there.

6 weeks today going by LMP... Any of you ladies extremely cranky/irritable or am I just not nice 🙃 feeling sorry for my partner and 5 year old ATM, I seem to be biting their head off over everything!

@Ttcmumma congrats on hitting the 6wks half way through ur first trimester 😘 I'm not so much irritatable now I was last week lol my poor partner was scared to talk to me my mood swings were so not fun for any one lol im just super emotional now lol I was crying at a clip of Americans got talent yesterday 🤦‍♀️

@Ttcmumma I’m such a b*tch when I’m pregnant. It can’t be others suddenly being more annoying for a ten month period so it’s probably that we become very sensitive due to all the changes. And extra tired.

6+1 today. No scan until 7+4 if I can hold out!

Is anyone else similar timing to me and not experiencing too many symptoms? At this time with my last pregnancy I was exhausted and sick but this time around I feel quite 'normal'. Occasional nausea and tender nipples but it comes and goes and is very very mild. Increased acne but again not unusual for me. I have the same energy levels as before too which is concerning me.

@jeepjeep4 from lmp I'm the exact same day as you! Tho my app thinks I'm 2 days ahead im guessing as I ovulate a little early.

I do have symptoms but they're not crazy, with my son I had barely any symptoms at this point, with my MMC they were out of control already and this time I'm mostly tired, abit of nausea in the mornings and the sore boobs really come and go daily! Im also irritable 😅 but I am known to be grumpy when tired lol

@Ttcmumma aww that's so nice to have somebody to chat to at the exact same stage.
I suppose when I think about it I have some things which can be 'symptoms' , but it's so difficult to say as, for example I'm always slightly tired- have been for 3 years since I had my son ! So is it pregnancy or just normal life?
All I remember is that by this point with DS I had knockout symptoms and they're just not strong this time around.

@jeepjeep4 yeah I've had my iron levels checked multiple times since having my son because the tiredness surely can't be normal 🤣 apparently it is! I genuinely think every pregnancy is different. I thought my last pregnancy must be twins the symptoms were so strong but was only one baby and ended up not being viable so I'm actually weirdly comforted that my symptoms aren't as strong so far. Funny how the mind works! My friend didn't even know she was pregnant (was on the pill) until she we 3-4 months! She had no symptoms at all until she was very big in last year's heatwave and very cranky 😅. Going off of symptoms is sadly unreliable I believe! I still had all my symptoms when my baby had died 3 weeks prior last pregnancy, was comforted by the bigger belly, breasts, headaches and exhaustion only to find out it was a missed miscarriage x

Saturday I cried most of the day at anything and everything 🤣 hormones overload
Sunday I panicked a bit as felt totally fine all day no pregnancy symptoms at all but enjoyed the sunshine and pottered in the garden
Today I've woke up in a great mood but feeling sick again- feel like I'm on on a rollercoaster 🎢 😂
