@WhiteHorse92 I was the exact same with my daughter! Maybe it was because I was 21/22 years old at the time haha!

@WhiteHorse92 @Brokenpancreas94 I feel quite glowy most days, until I get to the evening and I'm hot, swollen and pissed off 😂 and I'm not even that big yet! Yesterday was the hottest day in ages and I was so grumpy by the evening, felt massive and nothing fits properly! It's worst when I'm in the office cos none of my office clothes fit right! It's way better at home days where I can wear a baggy t shirt and walk about in my pants if I want to 😂😂

@suz2285 not fair 😂I want to be glowy 😂 I'm just a sweaty, hot mess and I mean hot as in temperature 😂😂

Yes I have had hormonal spots. Hair and skin not been great. Bump feeling big particularly afternoon onwards and the skin quite tight. Went out with two friends and their babies and all talking about feeding and lack of sleep etc felt a bit surreal to imagine that I will be back at that stage in five months time eek!

Good luck for tomorrow @J2023xx hope everyone is doing ok. I had a little dizzy spell yesterday but it was only brief and feel ok today. They look very comfortable @tulipsunday , did you have any joy finding a marketplace one? I did manage to push all the spread out stuffing into one end of mine from last time so it's now sort of J shaped rather than C shaped but I will give it a go when I feel I need it. Also have some spots but been eating quite naughty so that probably hasn't helped ... must be better.😇 x

I was reading a post on announcing pregnancys, and it seems a very marmite subject, people either love or hate it. What are people's thoughts on here about it?

@Ladyinpink1 I like an announcement. We did one for our son, when I say we, it was me 🤣. If things go well 🙏 I it'll be looking like another Halloween time message

@Ladyinpink1 yes thank you I’ve had a nice weekend. It was my husbands birthday yesterday and we managed to make the most of the day 😊 scan is at 8:30am, first one of the day so at least won’t be waiting around x

@Ladyinpink1 yes I have been wondering about the whole announcing thing as know it can be a sensitive subject. Think on balance I will put a post up about baby after 20wk scan as I did with my son but keep pregnancy related posts to a minimum after that. The one friend I know the news is hard for I have spoken to in person.

Found the pillow I want on Facebook marketplace for only a fiver but girl not answering my messages 🤦‍♀️

@tulipsunday we announced only after 20 weeks, I was still petrified at that stage something wasn't going to go to plan. I'm still fearful to even think that far ahead again this time. I've done the same with a close friend who I know is struggling, but she been great. She knows I've not had the most easiest of rides either but I know how it feels hearing announcement after announcement and thinking why isn't it me! My partner just didn't get it at all which was so frustrating, his response was you should be happy for them... I was happy for them but I was also sad it wasn't us

@tulipsunday Temu have them pillows for under £10! I was looking at them earlier!
I'm feeling sicky again now 🤦🏼‍♀️think it could be the antibiotics that I'm on though.

@Ladyinpink1 we announced ours straight after the scan 😂 wasn't going to but we had told our daughter so thought 🤷‍♀️ and saved having to individually tell people 😂 each to their own though!

@Nmvasey85 that's a lovely announcement 🥰 I did too with my first 2 dc after the 12 week scan as have most people on my instagram that have became pregnant over the years, but the thread I read on here seemed mostly negative about it so I wondered what others thoughts were. x

@J2023xx Brilliant, would be awful waiting all day, hope to hear some positive news in the morning then 🙂. My 12 week scan is at night, and by night I mean 6:45pm lol. x

@tulipsunday Yes it's a funny one isn't it.

I also told 2 friends these last few days that it maybe would of been harder for in person... although I am only 11 weeks on Tuesday, it was the right time to say. Did everything go ok when you told your friend? x

@Brokenpancreas94 very nice, how did you announce it? I see some very inventive ones on pinterest but trying to get my 2 to both look at the camera at the same time is a mission lol x

@Ladyinpink1 nothing exciting "best birthday present,our rainbow baby due January 2024 & Ellie is super excited to be a big sister" I announced on my birthday as that's when we had the scan! Want to do something fun for the gender reveal for our daughter but don't know what, I know everyone does the balloons usually! Xx

These headaches are getting on my nerves 😫 will mention them at hospital on Wednesday! My BP is fine though, so I guess that's something! And I'm drinking alot more water now too!

@Brokenpancreas94 I'm getting way more headaches too and my bp is fine also

My hips and back are so achy today seems to depend how I sleep, also I'm so blooming warm all the time! And it's 'nice' again the next few weeks I'm completely a sweaty mess!! But I don't want to buy anything lighter for the sake of a few weeks!

I'm just cleaning the house and trying to do a few chores before we go and visit my folks for a few days on Thursday

How's everyone doing?

I had my previous post taken off as I realised all my details were on the pic! But just to confirm everything went well at the scan, so surprised but such a relief! Measuring 9+3. Midwife appointment booked for Wednesday so should soon know when our 12 week scan will be too.

I'm soooo glad to hear @J2023xx that's great news.

Like a few people I've got my anomaly scan next week and starting to feel really nervous about it.

I don't think I will announce it, I'll just wait for people to notice (if all does go ok) that I'm becoming bloody enormous/have a baby 😂

@WitcheryDivine - same! Mine is next Friday, I've got another scan with my fam this Friday but the anomaly one is the big one right!

I'm the exact same I've not told anyone really yet apart from those that need to know, I'm really not sure about announcing tbh, but yeah def getting bigger! I do feel like I might need to txt a few pals I don't see that much just as I feel like it's kinda rude not to say anything 😂😂
