@blodyn91 Pregnacare and Omega 3! Good shout on the iron though 😊 Well done! 😅 We did parents first last time. I'm just about ready to tell everyone this time!

NarnieJoy · 17/07/2023 08:42

Hello ! I’m 4+5, cautious as I had some brown spotting 5 days ago but that stopped pretty quickly. My expected due date is around 19/20th of March from LMP, but I know I ovulate late… so could be a few days out. First pregnancy after 12 months of trying, I am v anxious but hopeful 🫶hope you don’t mind me joining - got 2-3 weeks on my CB digi 2 days ago so that was reassuring

Ceearr · 17/07/2023 09:00

Does anyone else not have sore boobs at all? I have had a few twinges and cramps and noticing poor sleep already, but I’m around 5 weeks and my boobs still feel normal which worries me as I’m sure they hurt by this point in my first pregnancy! No nausea yet either, but I think that started for me around week 6 last time. Got a viability scan booked at about 7 weeks but thats 13 days away don't even know how I will manage until then 😫 xx

Roxystar23 · 17/07/2023 10:16

@Ceearr - Same! No symptoms for me - my boobs were one of the first symptoms during my last pregnancy and I was definitely nauseous at this point too! The only things I have experienced is exhaustion in the evenings & waking up early - oh and some vivid dreams. Slight cramping. But no sore boobs and no nausea.

Hi Everyone! I’m 34 and 5+1. I have a 13 month old boy.
My period is late and so I tested this morning on a cheapie and a digital. My EDD is 17th March.
A little anxious because I haven’t had any similar symptoms as I experienced at the start of my last pregnancy but they say all pregnancies are different right!?

Congratulations to everyone!

Congratulations @KittenMittens1. Keep an eye on the bleeding and see if it increases or decreases. Bleeding can be normal for some women. Fingers crossed for you.

Thanks lovely!

it's getting lighter but i have slight cramps too. suppose its too early to go to EPU so i'll just have to monitor it for now. ♥

I was given the advice to take it easy and don't over do it at all while you have any bleeding from EPU with a previous pregnancy xx

Driving myself a bit crazy today, and I know I shouldn’t be as it all surrounds the clearblue weeks indicator test which I know I shouldn’t rely on. I’m 5+1 today - yesterday I did a weeks indicator and it was still at 2-3. I expected it to say 3 + as in my last pregnancy it came up as 3+ spot on 5 weeks pregnant. I know I really shouldn’t compare to that especially as that pregnancy sadly ended in MMC at 10 weeks (heartbeat stopped around 9 weeks) but I just can’t concentrate today!!

I’ve had two miscarriages in a row so I’m calling EPU tomorrow (they offered to do reassurance scans the next time I got pregnant) but I know my first scan won’t be until I’m around 7 weeks.

Any advice to ease this anxiety? I was doing so well last week distracting myself but now not so much 🙈

I also got a 2-3 at 5 weeks and I'm not stressed at all as 2-3 = 4-5 weeks so perfectly normal to get at 5 weeks! I've had a miscarriage (and 2 babies since) I know the stress that comes with a pregnancy after a miscarriage (mine was actually the same weeks as yours too) - try not to worry and test again in a few days! I know so much easier said than done but it's a normal result to get at 5 weeks (and pretty sure the same result I got with my 2 babies, I remember doing a weeks test on 4, 5 & 6 weeks and it going 1-2 , 2-3 & 3+ so 3+ at 6 weeks xx

Khanga27 · 17/07/2023 11:23

I am 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I managed to trip up the stairs this morning and although I didn't land on my tummy, I am feeling very anxious in case the jolt of falling has done anything. I don't have any pain, just felt a very slight twinge on inside groin like a slight muscle pull which is now gone. I was told by midwife line I called that is too early to check and should be okay at this stage but to go to a&e if I get any bad pain or start bleeding. Is there anything I should be doing other than resting up? Just worried I've messed up by being clumsy

Myhooversucks · 17/07/2023 11:27

Hi ladies,
congratulations everyone. I just tested today as I’m due on and got 3+ on a digi so I’m definitely in the club.
it’s a bit of a shock for me as we had completed our family 2022 with our 6th baby!! Maybe 7 is my lucky number 😅
Anyone else here with a large brood? Please can I join the Facebook group of it’s started already xxx

@ChelseaaBun thanks so much for responding, I know you are totally right - it’s just so hard PAL sometimes isn’t it! Thank you for sharing though, it’s just so helpful talking to people who understand. And I shouldn’t compare to my previous pregnancy as I know every pregnancy is different!

NorthernLass213 · 17/07/2023 11:42

Joining as well, I think! Our first pregnancy took 6+ months and a year after I came off contraception. This was a happy surprise on month 1! I’ve just been on holiday enjoying lots of cheese and wine as well, so hoping all okay there!

tested today and a digital 1-2 weeks was a yes! Xx

I’ve just read through the last page. I’m sorry if I seemed insensitive @J2023xx with my weeks indicator mention.
I hadn’t read your post.
Im so sorry for your loss. I’d like to reassure you though that the levels for every pregnancy vary so so much and the hgc range is crazy the first 6 weeks. This is my 7th baby and I’ve had all sorts of different week indicators early on. Xxx

Bellabeemarie · 17/07/2023 12:27

I think I'm 3+3 today I only found out yesterday and I really want to do a cb digi but I'm absolutely petrified it will say not pregnant 🤦‍♀️

Had a CP last cycle and feel so so sooooo anxious AF due thur/fri... how many DPO was you when you did your digis?xx

NorthernLass213 · 17/07/2023 12:56

I didn’t properly track ovulation but I’m 12 days from DTD so probably 3 weeks + 5 today

Bluecheck6798 · 17/07/2023 13:28

Hi everyone, I'm due March 19th and would love to join. Got a 6 and 4 year old already so a bit nervous, I'm 35. I've clicked the Facebook link to join too, hope that's OK. Going to go read how everyone else is getting on.

Hopefulhoney6 · 17/07/2023 13:50

@krissy12 that is helpful. Let’s see how I go :)

J2023xx · 17/07/2023 14:20

@Myhooversucks don’t worry at all, didn’t think you were being insensitive at all 💕 thanks for your words of reassurance, I have chilled out a bit now, it’s just a rollercoaster but I’m hoping it’s third time lucky and we get our double rainbow finally! Congratulations- did you find your symptoms varied a lot in your previous pregnancies?

@Khanga27 I hope you are ok, definitely rest up and be kind to yourself and hopefully everything will be ok xx

Thank you. I called in sick at work and went back to bed to get more rest. I don't have any pain or spotting so I'm hoping it was just my anxiety getting on top of me. Treated myself to lunch out at a cafe. Feels like a whirlwind these early days. Thank you.

blodyn91 · 17/07/2023 16:57

@Khanga27 try not to worry, I had a cycling accident and a car crash in the 1st trimester with my first. It would take a hugeee knock to dislodge them! Its so early they wouldn't have know anything happened. But I do get extra twinges when I cough or sneeze 🙈🙈

Just had the bad news that I didn't get the job Id gone for, got through to 3rd stage and it would have been a 15k pay rise 😫😫 Now feeling really shit. Theres another good job just been advertised, but now I know Im pregnant its hard to know what to do .... in my line of work, these jobs don't come up often, so feel I need to just go for it.

Hope everyone is in a more cheery mood 😅
