Hi ladies,

I’m 30 and this is baby number 2, I’m around 5.5-6 weeks pregnant.

This morning I started with very pale brown tinged discharge when wiping (lighter than the ones shown in the photo) and this afternoon, it has increased slightly, somewhat more red and then the most red one in the photo is just now.

I rang EPU this morning and they said it’s probably implantation from where she embryo is moving even lower into the womb, but said to call back if it got worse, which I have and they’ve booked me in for a scan but not until next Tuesday.

I’m a mess and can’t stop checking and wiping and worrying.

Has anyone had similar experience?

The only pregnancy symptom I have was bloating (which I still have) and really sore nipples which have decreased in soreness over the last couple of days.

Any help welcomed 💗

Hi all, just to update you. Had my appointment at the EPU and it was a confirmed miscarriage 😔 I was pleased to have an answer as the waiting and limbo was horrendous. I hope you are all doing ok, thank you for your support x

DHB · 06/07/2023 20:47

@plopss Oh I’m so sorry :( Its horrible how common it seems to be, and it’s just not talked about enough. I don’t know what I’d do without Mumsnet.

Take care of yourself x

@Pippamorgan @DHB @plopss I just thought I'd see how you ladies are doing? I've name changed but was previously @happydaysss. I think of you all from time to time and still appreciate your hand hold during what was a horrible time xx

Pippamorgan · 23/11/2023 21:19

@Nic17 hi, how are you doing hope your well.
I'm doing really well thank you currently 28weeks today 🥰 xx

plopss · 23/11/2023 22:01

Hi @Nic17 so nice of you to check in. I actually fell pregnant again following the MC but miscarried again in September. I'm now under the recurrent miscarriage clinic. How are you doing? X

Vic231 · 23/11/2023 22:04

@Pippamorgan this is wonderful! Especially after your miscarriages ♥️ x

Starlight11111 · 23/11/2023 22:15

@Pippamorgan I am so happy for you!!!!! What amazing news! Did you do anything differently do you think to make it happen?

I had a chemical on my last cycle and in the TWW again now, only 3DPO so a long wait yet! Xx

Starlight11111 · 23/11/2023 22:16

@plopss I am so sorry, this TTC business is so cruel. I hope you get some answers under that clinic. I don't know if my chemical counts as a second loss but I feel like I'll be heading for a clinic at some point xxx

Pippamorgan · 23/11/2023 23:11

@Vic231 thank you so much it has definitely been a long journey but I finally am getting my miracle.
@Nic17 thank you, the only thing that was different on this cycle was they put me on the blood thinners before my transfer, but after 10weeks I no longer needed them so all been brilliant. So sorry to hear about your chemical, I had a chemical before this one worked so fingers crossed this is your time now. I wish you all the luck and baby dust during this Tww xx

Starlight11111 · 23/11/2023 23:44

@Pippamorgan that's great news! I actually decided to take baby aspirin this cycle as I've heard so many people have success by taking blood thinners. We'll see!x

Pippamorgan · 24/11/2023 09:44

@Nic17 aww brilliant, keep me updated got my fingers crossed this is your time xx

Vic231 · 24/11/2023 10:08

@Nic17 when are you going to take them? After ovulation or BFP?

Tbh I don't know if mine have been chemicals or early losses, I think the first one was a chemical as it was exactly a week after my period was due (5weeks) and the other was 5+4 so an early loss... at the EPU they called both an early loss, I don't think they use the terminology of chemical pregnancy 🤷🏻‍♀️ x

Vic231 · 24/11/2023 10:09

Sorry it's Plopss btw! I changed my username and forgot!

Starlight11111 · 24/11/2023 16:29

@Pippamorgan thank you 🥰

@Vic231I took them from ovulation, just one 75mg tab a day. I've no idea if blood clotting was the reason for my early losses but from what I've read there wasn't much harm in trying and seeing. I've actually got a GP appointment a few days before AF due to discuss my losses so I'll let them know I decided to take it this cycle.

Wishing for a miracle for us all!!!!

Starlight11111 · 14/01/2024 09:07

@DHB @Vic231 @Pippamorgan how are you doing ladies?

So I didn't fall in November when we were last messaging but I did get a BFP on New Year's Day. Currently 5+4 which is the day I started bleeding when we had this thread going back in June, so feeling very anxious today. Things do feel a bit stronger this time, got more symptoms and got my 3+ clear blue far earlier so guessing I have more HCG. Still taking the 75mg aspirin 🤞🏻

Pippamorgan · 14/01/2024 10:25

@Nic17 hiya hope your doing well, that's absolutely brilliant news, big congratulations so happy for you. 3+ is definitely a really good sign that your hcg is rising really well. Xx

Starlight11111 · 14/01/2024 11:32

Thank you @Pippamorgan! When are you due?? Is everything going well? X

Pippamorgan · 14/01/2024 11:54

@Nic17 yes thank you all going well, heartburn is really bad lately but other than that I have had a wonderful pregnancy. I have 4 weeks left due on valentines day, im having a little boy xx

So so happy for you @Pippamorgan and can't believe how close it is now! Is this going to be your first baby? Xxx

Starlight11111 · 14/02/2024 21:11

Something made me remember today that it's your due date @Pippamorgan! I hope baby is close if not already in your arms! X

Pippamorgan · 14/02/2024 22:51
