It's very early days but I suspect there are some new BFP's meaning we'd be due in February. I'm 4 weeks today so super early. Anyone with me? Has anyone got any early pregnancy symptoms?

Hi all, going for a scan tomorrow to hopefully try and figure out how far along I am. It's been about 10 weeks since my miscarriage and I didn't have a period in that time. Looking forward to hopefully being able to put some sort of a time scale on things x

Pinkmoon23 · 21/06/2023 18:44

@Kiwiburgh hi there. Still got brown discharge when I wipe inside, cramps have subsided. I took the day off work and I'm taking tomorrow off too. Just so exhausted and stressed. I'm so worried ☹️ waiting on a referral from EPU my midwife has put through. How're you?

Kiwiburgh · 21/06/2023 19:02

@Pinkmoon23 I took yesterday off because i was so exhausted. Tgsts good your looking after your self though. i'm glad the cramping has stopped, that's a good sign at least. Whats your midwifes opinion about it all?
I have more bloods Tuesday to make sure my hcg continues to rise properly and a scan the week after so thst would be 7 weeks. Super anxious.

Pinkmoon23 · 21/06/2023 19:13

@Kiwiburgh midwife is saying just watch out for red and strong cramping but brown is very common and she's not concerned but will refer me. It's so hard. I don't feel like I've had any time to feel excited about this. It's like one thing after the other ☹️

I understand the anxiety of waiting and I hope it all comes around quickly for you and I'm sure you'll get really great results from both! All looking so good for you so far 🥰

Kiwiburgh · 21/06/2023 19:29

@Pinkmoon23 such a good thing if your midwife and GP were both not concerned and it's awesome she's referring you anyway so hopefully you can have some peace of mind. Now we just have to pass time untill the early scans!

Does anyone not have sore boobs atm btw? Or basically any symptoms whatsoever…

Kiwiburgh · 21/06/2023 20:45

@User0224 I'm 5+4 and the only symptom I have is fatigue. With ds I was vomiting daily by now.

I'm not sure if mine are or if I'm imagining it!

I'm 6+4 and mine have gone 👀
I can't remember when they stopped hurting with my first.

Only symptom I still have is tiredness

mumtotwox · 21/06/2023 20:51

@User0224 More just occasional tingles but not sore. My areola's however are huge!! 😆

So funny how each pregnancy is so different! With my daughter I couldn’t even wear a bra it was such agony for anything to touch them

Mangotango39 · 21/06/2023 22:24

My boobs are killing - 6 + 1 and they are so sore. It's hurting when I lie down at night.
Also keep getting almost like electric shock pains every now and again shooting through!

I am large chested so I wonder if that makes a diff? 😁

@User0224 everyone is so different though. I'm not sick/nauseous one bit ... yet!

Pen40 · 21/06/2023 22:29

Hey @User0224 I haven’t got many symptoms at all… which worries me a bit but there’s so many people who say it’s normal so I’m trying not to overthink it…
I’m feeling tired and my boobs are sore occasionally. I’ve felt sick a couple of times but only when I’m hungry or brushing my teeth.
x

@User0224 I had sore boobs last time. Apparently with subsequent pregnancies (and especially if you breastfed) your boobs have already done that stage of development and so aren't as likely to hurt as much.

I've slight aching occasionally, but I only stopped breastfeeding three or four months ago

Mangotango39 · 22/06/2023 08:09

Anyone else just eating carbs?
I can't stand the thought of vege or salad (usually love! ) even fruits making me feel ew.

Literally eating pure carbs and feel yum (so bloated!) but just want nothing else 😥

Meeting · 22/06/2023 08:26

@Mangotango39 not just eating carbs but my appetite is all over the place. I also usually drink loads of water but it's making me feel sick at the minute so having fizzy drinks which I usually never drink!

Mangotango39 · 22/06/2023 08:36

@Meeting oh that's funny - I also have been having a lot of soda water with lime cordial . Can't get enough of it 😁

Yes. All the carbs.

GeriatricMumma · 22/06/2023 08:37

@Mangotango39 @Meeting
I'm off sweet stuff. Well not off it; just don't fancy it.

Usually my go to is yoghurt and honey for breakfast but not been feeling it at all.

I don't feel sick at all, just constantly hungry which is unusual.

MrsW9 · 22/06/2023 08:49

I think I'm maybe a bit hungrier than normal but not off my food or getting any cravings and not feeling nauseous. I am only 4+3 though. When did nausea, cravings etc kick in for people?

Meeting · 22/06/2023 08:52

@GeriatricMumma can definitely relate to being constantly hungry!
