Hello 😁

Is there a thread for babies due February 2024 yet? I've just got my positive, although super early so not getting too excited.

Due 1 Feb / 31 Jan. I had irregular periods so hard to pinpoint exactly.

Hope to have others join me soon :) x

@Soph2512 sending you lots of love. So sorry x

Guineapigfosterer · 19/06/2023 11:25

@Soph2512 I'm sorry this has happened to you.

mumtotwox · 19/06/2023 13:15

Hello, hope you don't mind me jumping in. Going by my last period I'll be due on the 20th of February and this is baby 3.

I have a just turned 3 year old and just turned 1 year old... welp 😆

Hope everyone is keeping ok and I'm sorry to anyone who has had bad news since testing. Big hugs!

Rachae · 19/06/2023 14:05

@Soph2512 aww I'm so sorry, sending hugs and love xxx

Rachae · 19/06/2023 14:05

@mumtotwox welcome! Oh my word, 3! I've got an 11 month old and I'm massively freaking out about having two 😱
How do you do it? Please send hope 🤣 xx

mumtotwox · 19/06/2023 14:07

Haha honestly I do not know @Rachae 😂 I'm at that easy stage where both boys can play and entertain one another and they both sleep well thankfully. At the moment I work 3 days a week and they are in nursery full days then so it's a breather (somewhat).

I have NO idea how we are going to juggle 3 under 4 but I'm sure there will be a way - we have no choice 😜

Congratulations to you! When is your EDD? You will be great 🥰

Guineapigfosterer · 19/06/2023 14:11

@Rachae and @mumtotwox talking from my mums experience she had me and my brother 10 months apart and then 16 years later my little brother and sister 13 months apart and she says that it was often easier than my sister she had inbetween as they have a live in play mate to learn from and guide them and they dont depend on you quite as much when playing and they can soothe each other. So dont worry its hard work but rewarding too.

Rachae · 19/06/2023 15:19

@mumtotwox ohh brilliant that they're at that stage! Thanks for sharing and that gives me hope 🤣. Due early Feb I think. Aww your 3 under 4 will be gorgeous

@Guineapigfosterer very reassuring thank you! I'm trying to think of all the things we can buy or put in place asap to make it less hard work! Xx

Soph2512 · 19/06/2023 16:55

Thank you for the well wishes ❤️

it’s soo confusing the doctor fobbed me off as I wasn’t bleeding and told me she put no was pregnant on the system 🙄 also I’m still getting positive tests. 🙄

Due February 2024!
Soph2512 · 19/06/2023 19:09

@Soph2512 that is so strange. How far along should you be? Can you arrange some private betas or a scan?

Soph2512 · 19/06/2023 19:40

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 i would either be 14/15DPO but AF is normally 11DPO. So I would be 4 weeks and a few days or 2 weeks pasts ov.

NamelessNinja · 19/06/2023 20:12

Hi all,
Tentatively joining after a very early bfp last week. EDD 25th Feb with baby #3. Feeling exhausted and sick already which I don't remember starting this early with the other two!

mandolinemom · 19/06/2023 20:27

hi! Hope I can join this group too and big big hugs to all you mammas 💖

Started my last period on 8 May after months of some mad cycles (stress PLUS pcos) and we only tried on one day due to our work schedules, so its 27 May. Tested positive on 14 June and clear blue said 1-2 weeks, so currently as per NHS 5 weeks along and an EDD of 19 Feb!

I had severe symptoms last week plus some light spotting of darkish brown blood when wiping on 12 June and almost period-ish cramps but those are getting better now. New symptoms are allergy hives?!

We are thrilled but also the anxiety is so hard to control. Fingers crossed the little bean is sticky

QueenieK · 19/06/2023 20:35

Hey hey!

Can I quietly slip in here too? 😊

👋🏼

mashm24 · 19/06/2023 20:39

Welcome to all the newbies 😃😃 congratulations to all. X x

Unfortunately I started getting cramps and bleeding yesterday at 6+3...its progressed now so its like a full period, the doctor is sending me for a scan this week. But really I know thats it, I dont feel nauseous anymore and my boobs arent sore either. We really wanted this one :(

So I am off the Feb thread and will take some time to recover.

I wish you all happy and healthy pregnancies xxx

Soph2512 · 20/06/2023 06:36

@Janeykat I'm so sorry this has happened to you, sending you so much love.

Take care of your self lovely❤xxxx

Golaz · 20/06/2023 08:27

@Janeykat im so sorry. Sending love 💕

@Soph2512 gosh how confusing for you. It sounds like you are still v early even by your calculated dates, so could it just be that? Perhaps late implantation etc?

I’m overseas at the moment, stuck on a very remote island so can’t indulge my POAS addiction 😆. The few test I managed to purchase are a strange brand, but no dye stealer yet. Does this look ok for 18 dpo?

Due February 2024!
A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 · 20/06/2023 08:33

@Janeykat I'm so so sorry x

@Golaz yes that looks good to me. Ooh remote island, hope you're having a great time.

I've just read back on thei thread to the beginning - there were a LOT of messages 😅 @Rachae if this one sticks I'll hopefully have two under two also.

@Rachae and @KittyKat1989 I'm hoping to do reusables again. I tried a few but really liked the Baby Bare ones from Aus. They often have £5 sales so great to try them out babybarenappies.co.uk Ive never managed to get night nappies that work though, so use disposables for those.

@jamontoast2 thanks for your kind words on your test progression when I joined. I now see that was the third time you'd had to repeat that 🤣 but I'm grateful it made me feel more relaxed

Alwaysconfuddled · 20/06/2023 08:35

Hi all 👋 can I join ?

Tested yesterday and this will be my first (I’m 37). Still in a state of a shock x

mashm24 · 20/06/2023 08:37

@Janeykat I'm sorry this is happening to you. With my first pregnancy, I also bled at 6+3 and it was heavier than a period. I also assumed the worse, but baby was there at the scan with heart beating away - turned out to be a subchorionic haemorrhage - so you never know 🤞❤️ hope you're ok x

Axc123 · 20/06/2023 08:54

Is anyone else utterly exhausted? I mean, a yawn every 30 seconds, no energy, wanting to nap? I’m 6+1, had no idea I was pregnant with my son until I was 13 weeks so don’t remember symptoms before.

I’ve had yesterday and today off work but I just cant see how I’ll keep going. I don’t want to tell work anything, I also don’t think they’ll understand regardless, but I’m basically missing work for being tired!

please tell me someone else is suffering with that too! I’m normally all go go go, never stopping or sitting down!

A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 · 20/06/2023 09:06

@Axc123 I'm pretty exhausted. I was in my last pregnancy too. I'm struggling at work from about 1pm. Then after feeding and putting my son to bed, I'm pretty much done. Having to force myself to eat dinner then in bed at half 8 basically

KittyKat1989 · 20/06/2023 09:11

@Axc123 the exhaustion is crippling here. I can’t find the words to explain to DH how I feel and I worry that he thinks I’m being lazy. I’m due back at work from maternity leave next week and really don’t know how I’m going to cope. I told work at 7 weeks last time because I couldn’t hide my symptoms and might have to do the same this time 😫
