I hate myself for saying this as this little munchkin is soo longed for, but is anyone else just so miserable.
I woke up this morning and just started crying I'm that sad, and I know it's hormones but flip me. The days I manage to go without vomiting I still feel nauseous so it takes the enjoyment out of things, and now my hip/back has completely gone to the point I can't walk to the end of the street without being in excruciating pain that then lasts the entire day. Sleeping is out the window as I can't get comfortable as trying to turn is really flipping sore, and then I remember I'm only 13 weeks and it's all gonna get worse.
I don't even know why I'm saying all this, as I know I should be delighted but it's just so so hard. I dunno i think I'm just having a wobble today but flip me I just want to be able to excitedly enjoy myself for even just one day.
Sorry ladies to be such a downer first thing in the morning but it's the only place I feel I can vent xx

@Chellooo you are absolutely allowed to be miserable, that doesn't mean that baby is unwanted or unloved. I've had a shitty week, nausea and sickness has been unrelenting, headaches, back pain, chronic endo pain flaring up, not sleeping properly, the list goes on and on.
That doesn't mean I don't want to be pregnant, it just means it's hard right now. I keep telling myself it will get better in time, but I'm not actually convinced yet. 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

Checking in with everyone, how you all doing ? I am 12 weeks today and super grateful to have made it this far, of course I'm super anxious and paranoid that something has went wrong since i seen the heartbeat at 10w+4.

Currently only feel tired and boobs still tender, specifically nipples lol

I have had in last 2 weeks feelings of growth but this isn't as regular now. What's everyone else feeling at 12 weeks, I'm hoping all is ok and you're all feeling similar physically.

@38andtrying well done on getting to 12 weeks. I am. 10 + 1 today and symptoms have probs been their worst, nausea and had to have a nap. Have had the most horrendous wind this evening, never experienced anything like it.

Have my NIPT test and scan Friday at 10 + 5, praying there will still be a little heart beat. Think results will take more than the 3 working days they say though as having it Friday evening so got the weekend and the bank holiday Monday x

@Tryingtoconceivenumber2 good luck with the nipt, is love to get it done bit it's not advised with a twin pregnancy where one has sadly died which is my situation.

My NT scan is 11th may and it can't come quick enough although I'm super nervous about it firstly that there will be a heartbeat and secondly that all will be ok.

Hope your nausea eases up soon, mine did in the 10th week so fingers crossed for you x

@38andtrying thank you. Although I feel so so sick I've not actually been sick yet. Ah I didn't realise you couldn't have it on that situation.

My NHS scan is the 19th of may so only 2 weeks after scan this week so not so bad x

@38andtrying I am 11+3 and feeling similar. Even though I had a scan at 8+6 and looked good I’m sooo nervous for my 12 week one. 🥲
I felt pretty good up until 9 weeks then I’ve had 2 weeks of feeling rubbish but now I feel ok again, just tired as you say and sore boobs.
Its a weird time when you don’t know what’s going on with baby and just have to hope it’s fine ❤️

I had my booking appointment yesterday at home and because my 2 private scans have put me a few days behind, my nhs one is going to be pushed out by a week. Trying to resist the urge to book another private one!
She did say that weeks 12-16 might be harder because you don’t have symptoms or a bump/baby movements so got less reassurance…something to look forward to next 😂🙈

@Slinks8113 interesting they took that into account. When I told them a private scan had put me a few days ahead (was worried if my nhs scan was nearer 14 weeks I might actually be over that) she said they don't take it in to consideration only NHS measurements.

As it is I will be 12 + 1 by last missed period and 12 + 5 by private scan unless I get moved further forward or back on Fridays private one x

@Tryingtoconceivenumber2 yeah she said I need to be at least 11 + 4 for them to do the downs assessment and they didn’t have the resource to just do what would essentially be a reassurance scan for me and then having to come back the next week as I would potentially have only been 11 + 1 on Tuesday.
I read a few posts that said private dates weren’t as accurate so I was hoping that it would put me further ahead anyway. We shall wait and see 😊

@Slinks8113 I didn't realise you needed to be 11 + 4 for that, that's very precise. On my last pregnancy both private and NHS scans put be back so in the end due date was around 5 days later than what last missed period gave. Interested to see what happens this time x

Had a private scan today and baby was stubbornly moving to hide from the sonographer! Saw a little heartbeat and baby appeared to have the hiccups 😂. Based on EPU scan should be 10 weeks exactly, they measured 9+5 and 9+6 but said less accurate as baby was not copperating. Still no NHS scan date!
