Currently 6+2 think due 23rd October #2
No major symptoms apart from tonight I have extreme restless leg syndrome and insomnia 🙈 xx

@Hopefulx yeah I had one Saturday. Then I booked another for two weeks time. Then will hold off until 12 week nhs. It really helped me! This being my first I just didn't know what the hell was going on! It calmed my anxiety massively!

@AlongcameLainey booking appt 08/03 no scan yet. Hoping she will give me the date on the phone call. Seems to vary so much!! 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm sure it will all come together !

Also all ladies!! I'm 7 weeks tomorrow and already my jeans literally just fit!! They're so uncomfortable and squashing me bad!! Anyone else like this? I know it's bloat but it's just crazy!!

@VictoriaBlossom My dog has become obsessed with sitting on me too, up on my belly or chest, he has to be near me ALL THE TIME. I think they can sense it, it's so damn cute!!

On another note my sense of smell has kicked in today, the smell of my husband cooking breakfast nearly made me sick today

I was surprised they booked mine in for then as I’ll only be 6+6 but I’m guessing they are still going by my lmp dates which are wrong because of my long cycle. They lmp dates would put me at 7+6 xx

@katherine123x your next scan will be when your over 8 weeks so should be able to get a nice view 😍

does anyone know how many weeks you need to be for the scans change from transvaginal to abdominal?

Just checking in on the new thread. Have my early scan on Sunday at 6+5 and starting to feel really nervous

@Hopefulx I've an early scan today in the EPU as I was having a lot of pain, full of nerves now, last week there was no heartbeat so I'm hoping today there will be. I will update you all later 🙏

@hopefulx @iloviloveeggs @katherikatherine123x yay! Hello lovelies 💕 how exciting to have a few mamas due on the same date!! Where are you all up to with scans? Have any of you had them yet? When we go next week we will be 8wk 2d and I am absolutely petrified!!! I'm hesitant with my current expected date on the app because my last few cycles before conceiving were a little longer - hopefully if my date changes some of you will move with me 🤣

I had a early scan last week and everything was all as expected!! So hoping the 8 week one we can see even more!!

On the topic of pain ladies, what is classed as a "normal" pregnancy cramp and what is something to worry about? My body is going through so many changes I'm struggling to understand what it's doing and every tiny twinge I'm petrified!
I've been having some mild cramping pain in my lower stomach and sometimes small stitch pains too - I have no idea if this is just hormonal or whether I should check it out.
It's not mega painful it's more of a dull ache!

That's amazing news @katherine123x I bet you are so relieved!! 💕 I know once I've had a scan and can see everything is okay I'll relax and be able to enjoy it a bit more - right now all I can think about and focus on is that scan!

@FirstTimeMamaB I've never had nerves like it!!! It was horrible but the relief was so worth it!

@VictoriaBlossom it doesn't leave a vinegar smell on the clothes and they feel very clean, more so than when using conditioner.

@Hopefulx I had my scan on Monday at 7 weeks and it was abdominal. But it might depend on how the baby is positioned and your body mass? I don't know

I'm six week today too 😊

@katkatherine123x I totally get you!! The anxiety is REAL! I think it's so scary to think you just don't know that everything is okay until then - I had to book an early scan, my anxiety wouldn't cope until 12 weeks. I think it would take too much of a toll on my mind!

@katherine123x im already in tracksuits as buttons and zips on my stomach make my sickness worse!
