I thought I'd make this for anyone receiving their BFPs in the next few weeks!

Currently exactly 4 weeks. Still super early, especially after an early MC last time, but fingers crossed for a sticky bean this time!

@Franki01 congratulations and welcome!
I found out at 3+4 and I'm 4+1 today.. time is going sooooo slowly.
Interesting about the PH levels, I thought I had thrush 🙈
The only other symptom I've had is so far random pains/twinges but that seems to be subsiding a little now.

Hi girls,

It’s so lovely to read your stories. Congratulations to you all. I’m 5+2 weeks now with our third baby. I’m due 5th October. I found out last Friday 27th and it was just such an amazing feeling. We tried for two years before we conceived our second baby. So it’s been so nice to not have that stress this time round and for it all to happen so easily. Our little girl is almost one. We also have a 6 year old son. I had my confirmation appointment with the nurse last Thursday. I’ve booked in for a private scan at 8+2. I’ve been feeling dizzy at times, tired, sore boobs and I get this hunger feeling very often. I haven’t been sleeping great either but I don’t mind as it’s all for a good cause.
Wishing you all the best in your pregnancies ❤️ I took a test yesterday and was delighted to see 3+. 🤞🏻

It's so lovely to read everyone's posts and to all share our good news! I got my positive on Thursday night, I'm 4 weeks 5 days and this will be my second.

Anxiety has me riddled though. I'm having a lot of cramps that actually feel like I've got a stitch. I'm also exhausted all the time which doesn't help the anxiety even though I know it's a good sign! My boobs are also very uncomfortable and I do have nausea from time to time. I had terrible morning sickness last time so I was hoping to avoid that this time around!

I'm also concerned about the age gap between my DD and this little one. My DD will be 8 in April. She already has a little sister from her Dad's new relationship (I've remarried and this my current DH first baby) and they get along great but there is only 3 years between them. Also there is 8 years between my old Dsis and me and my twin (yep, I'm a twin so that's another factor to consider!) and we all get along great now, but growing up was hard as my older sis obviously tried to assert her authority and me and twin sis weren't having any of it!

Sorry for the long post but all these thoughts have been going round and round in my head since 3am! I'm now having a nice bath to chill a bit Flowers

Thanks for reading Smile

Hi @BabyW3 , sounds like you're a similar situation to me. Baby no.3 here too, and my son turned 1 two days ago. My eldest is 5 this year. ☺️ also took us 2 years to conceive baby 2, whereas this one was literally on our first go 😅

redavocado · 04/02/2023 09:23

It's so lovely to hear how everyone else is getting on - and that lots share the same worries! DD will be 5 when this one is born and we delayed a bit because of covid and redundancy so there's a bigger gap than I'd have liked.

Today the nausea has kicked in. On the plus side it might help kerb my appetite which has ramped up this past week!

Hi guys, can I join? I’m very early days, 3+4, due around 15 October.

I got my BFP at 9dpo and line has been slowly getting stronger. I’m feeling anxious like lots of others here! Not really experiencing any symptoms, other than being tired (and itchy down there?!! sorry tmi! Pharmacist said pregnancy hormones can change your ph levels). Have been testing pretty frequently since BFP for fear of it disappearing…. This will be bub #1 for me.

Congrats to everyone on their BFPs and fingers crossed for sticky beans all round🌿🌿🌿

Hi lovely ! Congratulations & welcome!

Would you mind sending a pic of your 9dpo and your line progression? I've had the faintest positives since 6DPO! Currently 9DPO today... going to try & wait until the eve to test. Praying it's more visable than the ones I've been having ( squinters )

Salam1994 · 04/02/2023 11:56

I am 5 weeks today and feel absolutely zero appetite for food and constant nausea/throwing up. I have no idea how I will deal with morning sickness as a teacher. Any advice?

Needtobuildabridge · 04/02/2023 12:46

@mummytoemilia which tests are you using for line progression?

Hello everyone, tentatively joining today if that's ok!

After 13 cycles with not even a hint of a line at all, I'm 10DPO today and have had this! Would put me at 3+5 so due mid October.

Trying not to get too excited to early but also cannot stop grinning Smile

*so early

countrypunk · 04/02/2023 14:40

Welcome and congratulations to all the new posters! @monsteramunch I've been grinning a lot too 😁

I had a wave of nausea this morning and didn't want breakfast. Feel absolutely fine now and just shovelled down a McDonalds!

Hope everyone is OK, and that the nausea wears off soon for anyone feeling especially sick.

Chanteuse · 04/02/2023 16:39

Heartburn & exhaustion are killing me today 😮‍💨 I actually feel like I’m exaggerating I am so tired 😂

acaciabluebell · 04/02/2023 17:53

Hi everyone, tentatively joining this group... I'm 4 weeks and 1 day today from a frozen embryo transfer of my one and only embryo after 3+ years of infertility and one chemical pregnancy. Phew, that's a mouthful!

I'm due 13th October which is 5 days before my 28th birthday 😁

acaciabluebell · 04/02/2023 18:00

I forgot to mention this will be baby #1 for me if all goes well.

monsteramunch · 04/02/2023 18:08

Massive congrats @acaciabluebell Flowers

First timers here too, snap!

Jennaf89 · 04/02/2023 18:39

Hi can I join?
Just found out I'm pregnant again due around October 6th. I have 3 biological children and we took on our newborn nephew a few months ago so I will have 2 under 1!! It was very unexpected as we have successfully avoided for 3 years and then it's just happened. It wasn't part of the plan but here we are.
Been obsessively testing as I can't believe it's happened right now when baby has come to stay with us!

I can't see a line @Jennaf89 but I have rubbish line eyes! How many DPO are you? Flowers

monsteramunch · 04/02/2023 19:13

Oh wow @Kirst0602 what a surprise! Congratulations and it sounds like your little newphew is lucky to have a fun and loving household to live in Flowers

mummytoemilia · 04/02/2023 19:14

@Jennaf89 yes! Positive x

I am 10 DPO. I did take the test in the evening, maybe first thing in the morning would be better.

Tabbycat92 · 04/02/2023 19:40

@Jennaf89 I can sort of see a line in the first pic, defo try a FRER on fmu.

monsteramunch · 04/02/2023 19:46

Ooh definitely take one in the morning with FMU @Jennaf89 - I've got everything crossed for you! And my line eyes are pretty rubbish so it might just be me and lots of other people might see a line. Let us know how you get on tomorrow Flowers

frankie15 · 04/02/2023 19:52

Just wondering if anyone else is suffering with cramps 😩 5 weeks today and for the last 4 days I’ve had period like pains really low, I’ve had to take paracetamol a couple of times where they’ve made me go all flush and feel sick! No bleeding at all thank god so I’m trying not to worry. Aside from the pain I’ve had no other real symptoms I’ve been lucky no nausea and my boobs are only slightly sensitive I keep forgetting I’m actually pregnant I’ve had to do random tests to keep making sure 🤣🤣🤣

Needtobuildabridge · 04/02/2023 19:53

@frankie15 Yes, but not to the paracetamol level. Mine feel like I'm about to come on my period, which is very disconcerting. I feel like I'm about to bleed at any second!
