@GreenIsle no contractions yet I'm just very very hot and bored! On my own as DP is at home with kids until mum finishes work and collects them.

@TeddyBeans ....My mucus plug went at 38 weeks with #2, He was born 8hrs later😬

@Cats23 oh wow that was fast! I've had a long lasting cramp across the middle of my bump but that's eased off now and nothing else. Don't think little lady will be making her appearance today

@TeddyBeans when I went into labour with DS1 I had a pain like what you describe at about 1ish in the afternoon, didn't think anything of it (thought my jeans where digging in!). At about 11pm my waters went! Didn't even put the two together until weeks after having him, that that was probably the start of it for me!

@Babynum2 did they tell what happens if you don’t go into labour within 24h? I know there is a high risk of infection after. Good luck x

it’s all becoming very real now… I’m 35 weeks and countdown has started.

I hope something happens before 40 weeks, don’t want to be induced again

@NM1819 oh lordy 😱 I better prepare myself just in case things kick off this eve. DS is at his dad's until Sunday and I'd wanted to avoid him coming back to baby just suddenly being there if I could help it 🙈 hopefully it's all bluster and nothing significant! I need another 36 hours!

Hey ladies, I always read but only really comment in the fb group now! - can't believe babies are being born, it's so real now!! This is my 2nd and my 1st was born naturally at 40+2 after my waters broke on the ball!

Hoping this one will come earlier as I'm SO over it, but really don't want to be induced but I will ask for it if I get to 40 with no signs! 😂 - currently 37+2 💕

For the poster who asked I too get lightening crotch but at the back. Its relatively 'short' so dont think much of it. I think the days I dont sleep enough or eat enough or do too much its worse.

Hi ladies I'm still pregnant! I really was hoping something would happen through the night but nothing so looks like they will be inducing me today. I've woken up with constant pain in my back at the bottom and I'm having tightening showing up on the machine but I can't feel anything x

@Amy1303 oh look at him 🥹🥰 reminds me of my brother when he was born at 34 weeks. I was 4 and remember getting really excited about feeding him through his nose tube 😂

I feel weird. I got up at 1 for a wee and it was agony on my hips... Got up just now absolutely fine, my bump suddenly feels half the size and weight... I can feel her moving around but I don't know where she's gone!? It's like I'm back at 26ish weeks size wise - slightly concerning

@Babynum2 he was 4lb 2oz which was amazing as they've said all along he was on the second centile.

So surreal that he's here when due date not until 27th March. Hardest part will be going home without him.

Do you know how long your brother had to stay in for xxx

Oh gosh this was 28 years ago so technology has advanced massively since then. I think they kept him in for a good 4 weeks if not up til his due date but I wouldn't have thought you'd be in there anywhere near as long

I took comparison photos, the first one was Tuesday and the second one was just now. Does anyone see the size change or is it in my head?

@TeddyBeans yes I can see a difference! Does baby feel further down maybe? Could be getting close for delivery!

barely any sleep again tonight and have my OGTT this morning at 8! I am like a bear without my coffee lol

@TeddyBeans looks like you’ve dropped to me! Very exciting if that’s the case but if you’re worried definitely speak to the midwife

I'd definitely say you've dropped 💗 have you been leaking any fluid or anything? Give them a call if you're worried xx
