Due end of Aug/Sept babies 🤞🏻

Hi all,
obvs still very early days. I’m currently 4+4 and just trying to enjoy it really. Just wondering if anyone wanted to join me to share early symptoms, how you’re managing to hide symptoms, how you’ll reveal your pregnancy to loved ones etc. and all the other bits and bobs on this journey 🥰

@Soopyjoopy I’ve used that before and I’ve found it reassuring as I’ve looked sporadically as I’ve got further on

Just a thought but would anyone fancy a fb private group rather than mn chat? Not sure about anyone else but I'm getting lost with all these messages!

@Soopyjoopy That's a great idea, I know there's another group with one but I don't want to join a group until after the 12 week scan/telling people just in case anything pops up. I don't fully trust Facebook.

I’m struggling with the nausea it’s making me feel so ill and grumpy. I’ve just bought some travel sickness bands to see if they help at all if not I’ll call the doctors Monday and ask if there’s anything that can be prescribed for it. I’m not being sick just nausea but it’s 24/7 and it’s bad enough that I can’t think about much else. Up until the last few days it’s been there but not as bad and eating something would stop it but now eating makes it even worse so there’s no let up.

I’ll take it all for this baby to stick and be ok but I thought at this point (8 weeks) it would be starting to ease up not get worse. I had nausea with my daughter until 18 weeks but it wasn’t as bad as this

@allgoodthings84 me too. Making me so miserable and it's really tricky looking after my 1yo and 2yo with the nausea and exhaustion. Husband away til tomorrow and am counting down the seconds til bed time at 7. Vomited all evening last night but at least I could do it in peace..

See I wouldn't even know, because we were not actively trying so I wasn't testing. Looking back at some of my periods, especially those late and with unusual pain/bleeding pattern I bet I had some chemicals along the way. I only tested once when 5 days late and line came right away. It a depend when you ovulate I guess, even with regular cycles it can vary, especially with older women....when often we ovulate earlier as get older even if luteal phase stays same.

@allgoodthings84 I've been struggling with the nausea too, it's just relentless. I am however finding that if i eat toast as soon as I wake up then I'm not being physically sick anymore. Hope you can find some relief.
