Hi ladies! Just checked the other thread and saw the message about this new one.. Sorry I've been absent, been over on the other boards stalking line posts because I'm insane😭 I had 10 weeks ultrasound last week... For those of you who don't remember I'm the one with the passenger who REFUSES to show up on transvaginal ultrasound 😒😒 so only got an abdominal scan... I've given the mystery up and am just going to let him/her do whatever they want and be glad that the ultrasounds from this point fwd will all be abdominal anyway... I love seeing all your lovely plump bundles on screen.. Second trimester here we come!

@Cuppasoupmonster I also got this pic. Don't think the nub is clearer but thought I'd post incase you can see something I can't!

Are the majority of you ladies sun England? Do you get told gender at your later NHS scan? I'm not sure how it works in different places x

Yes it’s the white blob in the genital area! At 14 weeks girls usually look like a crab claw, and boys are a long line with a shorter white line on top. Yours is slightly more crabby than liney 😆 so based on that I’m guessing pink!

@DBS94 U.S. here. Lots of people are given the option (more recent years) to have the NIPT at 9+ weeks and they can be told the gender then, but before that most insurances (state and private) only paid for a dating ultrasound and then 18-20 week ultrasound where they do all the measurements (can usually find the gender at that US). My husband and I always paid for private ultrasounds at 13 weeks to learn the gender but this is our last and we are waiting til delivery to find out this time so I am just enjoying watching the board and all these ladies speculating as to their nubs...

I feel like I finally join in after having my scan yesterday. I've been lurking about the past few months feeling really anxious due to previous mcs.

Baby just wanted to sleep throughout the scan 😅 measuring just under 12 weeks

@PiggyBean your baby has a very lovely profile and a plump belly.. Sorry to hear about your MCs, I think lots of us on this board have been there. I definitely know what you mean about being anxious after loses.

I had mine last week but went for an abdominal ultrasound today for other medical reasons. They checked on baby because we had a student in the room who had never seen a baby on ultrasound. All seemed ok. Baby was kicking around and was turning to directly face the ultrasound 😂 were 14w2d today and hoping to have a private gender scan in a couple of weeks

@KennAdams have you recently posted your scan photo on the Facebook group? If so I immediately saw it and thought GIRL, but you hadn't mentioned on there about wanting guesses so I wasn't sure if you wanted a surprise. If that wasn't you, apologies! But this deffo looks girly!

@Cuppasoupmonster I also thought the same about there being SO many girl nubs!! Every single guess on my scan photo across various nub groups has been boy, plus I did an Early Glimpse report and got back 99.9% boy so it's looking like I'll be representing the boys!!

@bluebubbles12 i may well be joining you - the moving scan look ‘girly’ but the photos are a mix, so who knows! 💙 💖

Booked my gender scan for 22nd. I just want to know so I can start buying things 😂 the sickness seems to be mainly on the way out now but it’s been a rough few months, so I would like to get excited and do some baby shopping 🛍

It’s really annoying me that I haven’t received the scan report yet on the app. I miss the olden days of being given a letter at the scan!

I'm pretty sure I'm having a boy so that will balance it out a bit! I have a feeling, and then I'm sure I saw some distinctly boy shaped bits when the sonographer accidentally got a potty shot. We'll see, I'm probably going to go for a scan to find out the sex in about 4 weeks. Unless I have to have NIPT before then.

Lovely scans today! There's been a flurry of them the last few days! I'm glad everyone has healthy babies in there.

Hi everyone, I don't think I've posted since thread 1, but have been reading along. I'll try to post more regularly now that I'm feeling a bit better and less anxious. Congratulations on all these lovely scans. I had mine 2 weeks ago and all was well. Any nub guesses for mine?

Whatever we are having is probably the same @SearchingTheSkies look how similar our nubs are! Glad your scan went well!

Such a lovely clear photo! I can't wait to find out!! Won't know until the 20 wk scan though. I'm 14+4 today.

Praise God, the scan went well. All seemed okay, the baby is alive and very wriggly! It was such a relief, we just sobbed there in front of the sonographer. They don't know why I bled but hopefully it's nothing to worry about. Thanks everyone again xxx
