I'll have a nosy @TeddyBeansthere's a chinese gender prediction calculator on the Pampers website I did that and it said Girl!

Thank you @TeddyBeans 😊

Eastybaby19 · 17/09/2022 20:30

@TeddyBeans going by that one it says girl 😍. The nub detectives thing I paid for also said girl. I'd honestly love a girl it would complete our little family 🙏 but a brother for my son will be nice too 🥰

babylemme · 17/09/2022 20:34

Congratulations @TeddyBeans we are having a boy and already have a girl which is amazing. I did the nub theory by myself and it was a boy so maybe it works sometimes 💙💙

LittleAcorn20 · 17/09/2022 20:38

Ohhhh no! I'm in camp "not finding out gender" but I think all these reveals over the next few weeks are really going to test my patience 😂
We didn't find out with DD and it didn't bother me as much but the further I get into this pregnancy the more I want to know. Hubby is very firmly NOT for finding out though.

Cats23 · 17/09/2022 20:59

I've just done the Chinese gender thing- 3 different sites, come back with 2xboys and 1x girl prediction🤣

TeddyBeans · 18/09/2022 06:58

@Eastybaby19 I know what you mean. I couldn't be happier with a little girl but a baby boy would have been just as wonderful. Just having DS there and seeing his face when he realised he was actually seeing his baby sibling on the screen was incredible 🥰🥰🥰

OP posts:
TeddyBeans · 18/09/2022 07:00

@LittleAcorn20 DP and I wanted to find out anyway but I think it's nice to be able to prepare DS for what's coming. One less thing for him to be worrying about when it comes to meeting the baby for the first time 😊 each to their own though! If I had more patience I would have absolutely loved a hospital surprise

OP posts:
LittleAcorn20 · 18/09/2022 07:22

@TeddyBeans entirely get that. I'd like to know for DD's sake. And now you know you've got girly clothes to buy!
But the hospital surprise was incredible. I suppose it's just super exciting whenever you find out ☺️
I am going to feel a bit jealous of everyone finding out soon 😅
I wonder if anyone else is holding out until hospital ??

Pickles23 · 18/09/2022 07:54

@LittleAcorn20 my husband and I always said we weren't fussed about finding out the sex, so I think we'll wait and have a surprise. (Having said that, I'm definitely thinking about it more and more as time goes on!)
But it only makes a difference to the name we choose and we've already started making lists. Which is exciting in itself!

Babynumberthreeee · 18/09/2022 08:20

@LittleAcorn20 I want a hospital surprise but we told the children Friday (and the 5 year old has since told everyone 🤪)

He has decided he wants a boy (i don't blame him after his sister 🤣) and has started picking names and tidied his bedroom for the baby to sleep there 😍

But now I think we need to find out so if its a girl we can prepare him for the disappointment!

Dh really wants to know as well.

Our blood results for trisomy came back all fine which is a relief after my daughter

Still thinking of you @alotoftutus

allthingssparkly · 18/09/2022 09:26

@Cats23 I checked a few last night and they are coming out with a mix of girl and boy answers 🙈🙈🙈

havanamama · 18/09/2022 09:37

My anxiety is growing and daily worries about “is baby still in there and growing” overwhelming my days so I’m contemplating booking a Window to the Womb scan end of September as it would be a few weeks before my 20 week scan, give me some reassurance and peace of mind whilst I go on holidays. 🥴
all my pregnancy books say you’ll likely not feel anything yet, and any moments are to be felt between 16-20 weeks likely, and potentially between 20-24 weeks for first baby, but this period is doing my head in ☹️

Cdoc · 18/09/2022 10:36

@havanamama I understand that completely, it’s so nerve wracking and the whole time there’s just bloat and no bump it’s even worse. At our private one yesterday they said it’s likely as it’s my first I won’t feel anything until 20 weeks, it feels like such a long wait.
If it gives you reassurance I’m all for the private scans!
