Anyone due February? I know it’s super early but I’ve had my BFP at what I think is 8DPO so it looks like I’ll be due the first few days of February!

@Peonies94 i was dizzy yesterday which I don’t remember last time, it seems like progesterone. The baby sites never mention how uncomfortable and painful this time can be. I’ve felt sure it was going to go badly a few times this week. I even did another test today!

@drpowk that’s how I keep feeling! So strange! Never lasts too long though!!

Is it okay if I join? I got a positive test on Friday and think I'm around 5 weeks, hard to tell as my periods have been all over the place since coming off the pill in January! I think my due date is somewhere around late January early February.

Excited but so nervous!

My husband is desperate to know, he even mentioned that sneak peak thing. I'm not that fussed, but might change my mind and book an early scan yo find out

@Peonies94 I'm going to find out, I found out for my son and I'd like a girl so I'd need the time to come if it's a boy

We'll also be finding out the sex. I really don't care if it's another boy or a girl this time but I like to know to feel more connection. We'll be doing the harmony test but where I live, it's illegal to know the sex before 14 weeks so they keep the result until I hit the 14 weeks lol

Ill definitely want to find out as well, mostly because I’m too curious haha! Not such a fan of baby blue or pink so don’t think it will influence my nursery choices though :’)

feels strange thanking about all of that so early on though!

my main issue is having a sharp pain on my right side, almost back. It’s worrying but I’m trying to calm my nerves by remembering it does feel different from period + still very nauseous and sore breasts. I wonder if it could be stretching of the uturus interfering with bowel?

@EBx it's some finger prick blood test from home that can apparently tell you the sex of your baby from 6 weeks or something. I have no idea how good it is, so I'm definitely not going to recommend it 😅 but with our first we booked an early scan to find out

@Plumplumplum Congratulations on your BFP? Did you test prior to your missed period or not?

The only reason I ask is that I tested this afternoon with a FR and it was negative, but I'm just holding onto some hope. My period would be due either today or tomorrow at the latest but no sign as yet 😕

Hiya, I did test on Monday and Tuesday and it was negative but it wasn’t a first response. I used a first response today and it came up faint!
see it’s quite faint for 2 days late. I had a much darker positive 2 days late on a normal test last time I was pregnant x

I had seriously sharp cramps this morning but they've gone and now I'm a bit dizzy, but not too worried. Early pregnancy is a shitter isn't it. Cant wait for my early scan next week just to put my mind at rest.

We have a street party on Sunday so I need to hide my lack of drinking, then DS' baptism next week where it'll def be noticed:

@BeeYellowMumma last time I knew from around 16 weeks and his father didn't find out at all because he didn't want to know; I managed to keep it secret and talk about "the baby" not him or her.

Can I join please?  Got a BFP at 11DPO and another today at 13DPO. Good line progression but it still terrifies me that so much could go wrong!

I stressed during TTC in case it never happened and now I'm stressed about it now it has happened 

Here's to a happy and healthy 9 months for us all!

Hi ladies hope it's ok to join you all. I got my (first) BFP 2 weeks ago at 11DPO. I have been on the January thread but like several of you my due date could be very end of January or very beginning of Feb so hope it's ok to post here too!

Just wondered is anyone else still testing? I'm 5 weeks + a few days and keep POAS just to make sure it's still positive! So anxious that something is going to go wrong 🙈

@Nyxxie congratulations! I've done 4 dye tests and was getting so anxious as there wasn't much in way of progression of the strength of line. I did a Clearblue Digital this morning at 5+1 and got pregnant 2-3 weeks so I'll leave it for now before I drive myself mad!

Really struggling to sleep, I'm so tired come late afternoon and having the most vivid of dreams which mean I am not actually getting good sleep. That and my 3.5yo keeps waking at night, hopefully by time this baby comes she sleeps through 😬

I had to nap when my toddler napped yesterday! Feel so exhausted. I already feel the same and I’m not even out of bed yet 😭

I keep worrying that a baby crying will wake DD in the night then I’ll have to deal with two crying people at the same time 😆 do toddlers just sleep deeper? Am I worrying about nothing? Hormones have a lot to answer for 😆
