Anyone due February? I know it’s super early but I’ve had my BFP at what I think is 8DPO so it looks like I’ll be due the first few days of February!

@RBSK1 I am permanently dehydrated due to HG. Just waiting for an ambulance again so I can get some fluids and then the whole cycle repeats itself every couple of weeks. They really need rehydration day units where we can go, get some fluid and medication, then come home.

RBSK1 · 04/07/2022 20:00

@IHaveBeenFallingFor30Minutes oh god I hope you're okay!!!
Yeah I defo agree, I've been prescribed some "anti sickness " tablets, GP thinks I've got HG, im not convinced though as I have good days and horrendous days, but I don't think it's to that level!
I've been advised to keep drinking water, but my stomach feels like it's full to the brim with water and I darent eat anything!
2 year old with ASD to look after doesn't help either 😩

Hope you feel better soon!

roarfeckingroarr · 04/07/2022 20:36

How's everyone doing? It's so hard to keep track of this thread! I'm 10 weeks today; nausea has subsided and I'm still tired but not quite as exhausted as I was a couple of weeks ago.

Peonies94 · 05/07/2022 06:54

@roarfeckingroarr ivw been feeling rough! Lots of sickness and holding onto hope it calms in second trimester! 🀞🏻How are you? Ohh 10 weeks! I’m 10 weeks today/tomorrow too ☺️! Just can’t wait for my 12 week scan now, times going sooo slow!

I’ve generally feeling much better as well, thankfully. Still tired though. Got my 12 week scan next week so really counting down the days now until I can say I haven’t made the whole thing up!

Muddydogwalks · 05/07/2022 10:16

I’m just over 9+2 weeks now and still not had my booking appointment or even heard from my midwife to book it. Rang up and they said to ring when 8 weeks so rang them last Monday and still not heard back after they took my details. How long did it take for them to ring you back to book in?

I would chase this as the ideal time is 8-10 weeks to take bloods. I rang at 6 weeks and was booked for 8 on the dot.

OceanbreezeSun · 05/07/2022 11:12

@Muddydogwalks
I’m 9 + 1 week and also haven’t had my booking appointment yet - but my appointment was made last week for next Monday. I had to self refer this time, but at my previous docs, I had to go through my gp practice. They got back to me about 4 days after I self referred.

I would just give them another ring to check they got your details etc. You will get an appointment soon.

Hi all, hope it's ok for me to join, got my BFP a couple of weeks ago, hopefully should be due 19th Feb. We have one son, nearly 2, and previously had a missed miscarriage at the 12 week scan (measured 9 weeks). I've booked a reassurance scan for 10 weeks as that's a big milestone for us.

Keeping fingers crossed for everyone, hoping to be able to use this space to support and be supported!

Hope the symptoms aren't too bad, although reading some of the recent posts it sounds like it's been rough for many of you!

Newandreallyconfused · 05/07/2022 12:05

Hi all, hope it’s OK for me to join. I’ve been lurking on the thread but didn’t want to join as still not quite convinced it’s real.

Due date 19th Feb (same as you@Hagster πŸ˜€), and the nausea is currently constant. No appetite but trying to eat as I know I should. I’m also super dizzy if I move about, anyone else experiencing that?

We have an early scan booked for Saturday so praying we get some reassurance from that. It’s our first pregnancy and I am a nervous wreck!

Louisec128 · 05/07/2022 18:10

Is anyone else ridiculously bloated? I know you show sooner with your 2nd but seriously I look about 4 months pregnant already.

Surprisedat42 · 05/07/2022 18:56

@Louisec128 i am very bloated and at the end of the day my trousers don’t fit properly. I’m ok in the morning but get worse over the day. This is my 4th baby though so maybe that’s why! I haven’t been pregnant for 12 years so it feels like my first. I’m very anxious.

crazy4cats · 05/07/2022 19:03

This is my first and I’m getting so bloated. I’m only 9 weeks but by the end of the day I look 30!

Had my booking in today so just waiting for a date for the scan now. We had a listen to see if there was a heartbeat (not standard I know but I’m not 100% sure on dates) and she said she could hear what sounded like the baby but no heartbeat which means I’m about where we think I should be. Also had a good laugh about being their best customer and feeling more comforted by them.

Bunny2006 · 05/07/2022 19:59

My first and I'm super bloated too, I've already had to put a request in for a bigger uniform at work! I'm surprised no one has asked me when I'm due or how far along I am and I'd be like erm 9 weeks.. πŸ˜‚

Nicnic87 · 05/07/2022 20:46

Hi everyone, a bit late to the party but I am currently 9 weeks - due 7th Feb. 1st baby.... feeling incredibly nauseous most of the time and generally crap!

I had my booking appt yesterday, midwife said nausea was a great sign, so I'm trying to be positive... Trying being the word! haha! My booking appt was via telephone though which was a little strange.

I had an early scan last week at 8 weeks which was lovely and gave me a little bit of reassurance even though its only a reflection of a point in time. Have my 12 week scan booked for 29th July, so I'm wishing the days away to get to 12 weeks!

Would love to join the FB group if the option is still there?

Hope you are all getting on ok?!

Peonies94 · 06/07/2022 05:59

@Nicnic87 Congranulations!! My first too, I’m feeling exactly the same! I’m really hoping it passes at 12-14 weeks as feeling so rubbish!
time goes sooo slow when waiting for the 12 week scan doesn’t it! πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I’m hoping time will speed up a little now we are in the month of the scan! 🀞🏻!

Possibly a slightly odd question? My wee has started to really smell. Urine clear although sent off anyway, not dehydrated. It’s a good colour just really smells. Has anyone got/experienced this?

mummabear18 · 07/07/2022 19:09

YoureAMeanOneMrGrinch · 03/07/2022 09:48

I had my booking in appointment last Tuesday and was told if I haven't received my scan appointment in 2 weeks to call to chase, but I'll be 11 weeks by then. I'm conscious I may miss the cut off for the additional testing

I wouldn’t worry too much. The scan needs to be done before 14 weeks for the tests so 11 would be fine. Mine is booked for 13

It could be your multivitamins? Or have you eaten asparagus recently? That affects it too

PeanutButterFalcon · 07/07/2022 21:30

@mummabear18 thank you. I’m not taking multivitamins, last pregnancy with DD I spent a small fortune and couldn’t tolerate them. Just folic acid this time.
It’s gone again today so not sure what it was! It was like it was really old urine. Maybe I wasn’t emptying my bladder completely or something.

LiveLaughL0ve · 08/07/2022 15:30

Hi everyone. I had a scan today as part of the Harmony Test and I’m relieved to report that everything went well. Phew! We were really anxious as it’s when we found out I’d had a MMC last time around. The baby looked so cute and even gave us a wave as it wriggled around! πŸ₯°πŸ’–
I hope everyone else is doing well.

Inaya05 · 08/07/2022 19:07

is there anyone who had Toxoplasma in past and had a Healthy baby without any treatment?

YoureAMeanOneMrGrinch · 09/07/2022 08:27
