Took my first test Saturday evening and got a vvv faint line, and I just had to post a comparison from Saturdays to today's! 🙈
Due on 25th January 💜

I’ve had pointy dark nipples since 8dpo. My crazy nips are always a pregnancy give away for me!

Also had my gums bleed twice when brushing them and AF-type cramps coming and going.

Its completely normal not to have any symptoms and this stage and whether you have them or not doesn’t mean anything (so don’t worry 😊) xx

That should say when brushing my teeth. I don’t specifically brush my gums. Just FYI 🤣

Hi! I'm due 22nd jan with baby no.2
I also have an early scan booked for 6+3 on 1st June, would have waited a week or so longer but we go on holiday when I'll be 7+1 so wanted to know everything's ok!🤞🏻🤞🏻

I am due 25th January 2023 and still in a little shock that it’s happened after 10 months of trying. It’s my second pregnancy and so far I feel totally normal, I know that’s all due to change though 😂

Here is the difference in my tests.. when I first found out last Wednesday vs this morning.

My symptoms have been coming and going atm.

I'm so knackered today. Ds was up a lot last night and dh is away so was all on me. Going to bed at 7pm tonight 😬

I've been exhausted all the time! That was what made me think I was pregnant in the first place. Has anyone told any family/friends yet? I'm not sure when too, with my other 2 children I told everyone straight away but with this one I'm holding off telling people for a while

We are telling our parents and our siblings tonight, especially because I love my wine and I've stopped smoking cold turkey! 🙈 So they will only click something is up when I'm not drinking!

Besides, it's nice to have their support as it's our first we are going to need all the emotional support we can get!

My symptoms are slight nausea when eating, getting very hot, slightly sore boobs/nipples, EXTREME bloating! This is my 3rd pregnancy. I have a 16 month old, and I was pregnant May last year too, pregnancy ended very quickly. X

How exciting and with it being your first too! 😁 That's a big give away then 😂 kind of the same boat- I'm going to the in laws in a couple of weeks and we always have a couple of drinks together so I think they will guess straight away with me not having any

My first just turned 8 and my youngest is 4 soon to be 5 next month

i had a very faint positive line on todays test - so still holding my breath. But if it’s true I’ll be due 27th Jan 23.

this will be #2 for us, my daughter is just over 2 years old.

I’ll be testing again tomorrow morning, hoping for a stronger line 🤞🏻

I woke up this morning and felt nothing “in” my boobs anymore so a bit worried… as they felt quite sore before

Hi all,
After a late period (no like me) I tested last Wednesday and got my BFP! 😮Full of excitement and anxiety here...
We have a six year old and had two miscarriages three years ago. One at 6 weeks and 10 weeks.
We have just carried on as normal and if it happened it happened.
It happened and I obviously have a lot of memories and what ifs flying around my head right now 😔
Just taking each day as it comes and we are 6w2d and due on 14th January (first was two weeks late and induced) so thinking end of Jan 🙃
All positive signed here... feeling nauseous, tired, restless at night, constantly peeing and more boobs have exploded and absolutely kill lol

I did a digital test this morning which confirmed it ☺️

EDD 27 January 💕

But the normal tests are still coming back looking negative/with a very faint line 🙈 will keep testing to check line gets darker

Anyone else struggling to find things they actually want to eat? I’m making myself nauseous by letting myself get so hungry but nothing seems appetising anymore 😭🤣

@SLee21 I'm the opposite right now, constantly stuffing my face 🙈 but with DS I had no appetite whatsoever and lived off the most bland food for first trimester! Plain pasta with salt and cheese on was always a winner 😂
Guilty of testing way too much still too... I said to myself on Saturday right I'll not test today. Then caved and did at bed time 😂

I think I'm due 25th Jan too according to period dates (although im sure I ovulated early this cycle and maybe I'll be due more like 20th). Its my first pregnancy and my 11th cycle off the pill. We weren't trying as such but haven't been preventing and my period shows up every 26 days like clockwork so on Wednesday evening when it hadn't shown up I dug out an old pound land strip test (really crappy one) and there was a good strong line even though it was technically the day I was due my AF and 9pm at night. DH and I went out and bought a couple of clear blues and I took them next morning with FMU. Weeks one said 2-3 weeks and the other was just a normal blue dye and that was positive. Took a cheapy strip one Saturday and this morning as the pound land one's come in packs of 3 and I still have good lines. I just feel nothing though. Boobs aren't sore, not tired or sick feeling. Getting a light headache now and then but not sure if that's me imagining things. Felt a bit dizzy earlier before lunch. Just really worried that there is nothing there. Would have liked to have an early scan at 8 weeks but we go on holiday for 2 weeks when I turn 8 weeks so we will have one at 10 weeks when I'm back.

Also have NO idea how I'm supposed to hide it from everyone, especially over bank holiday weekend. Sorry for the essay but not a soul knows I'm off the pill apart from DH and now we're both trying to hide this.

I’ve had the tests in my Amazon account for days contemplating… but my OH will go mad if I spend anymore on tests 🤣 I also don’t want the results to make me overthink. What to do…

@PoleFairy keeping it quiet is the hardest part 🤦🏻‍♀️ suppose I’m lucky really as I’m not a smoker or much of a drinker but if anyone really questions it I normally go for ‘he did the driving last time we went out so it’s my turn this time’, depends on the context I guess!
Also if you have a positive test, don’t take any notice of not having symptoms! Especially this early on. A lot of people don’t get any for a couple of weeks after they find out. Some people don’t ever have any!
You can have a private scan anytime from 6 weeks so it depends whether you want an earlier one or not 🤷🏻‍♀️

@PoleFairy I am also feeling completely normal! It’s crazy 😂 I have some round ligament pain when I move too quickly and I’m already struggling to be comfortable because of a numb bum.. but other than that I feel great, no sore boobs, no sickness, literally nothing. I did my last test yesterday and got a complete dye stealer. I found myself staring at the test like ‘is this real?’ Because I feel no different 😂

With my son I did have sore boobs by this point but my sickness didn’t start until 6 weeks and it was BAD 🤢 I spent a whole month practically bed bound by it, every time I stood up I would vomit and I could only drink Sprite and graze on dry cereal it was so bad. Luckily it disappeared by 10 weeks and only occasionally came back every now and then.

I’m sure all the symptoms are to come for us! But tbh if they don’t, it doesn’t mean anything bad at all. My sister in law had absolutely no symptoms at all throughout her entire pregnancy! And everything was all fine ☺️

@SLee21 im not much a drinker either. I normally drive but will have one drink. This weekend was fine as we were at a bbq and I drove and just said I was doing Slimming world before holiday and would rather save my syns for something yummy like ice cream than waste them on one drink which no one questioned. The problem is going to be the fact my mum has a hot tub and we are round for a party in a few weekends. I'm always in the bloody thing. It's going to be obvious when I'm the only one sat out the hot tub with a soft drink 😂.

I did think about having a scan between 6 and 8 weeks but I'm so worried it will ruin our holiday if its bad news. I think I'd rather be blissfully unaware and then come back and get the bad news. I think I'm worrying because I know 2 people who've gone for scans at 7 and 8 weeks and have discovered no heartbeat and then they've had to go in for an operation to have it removed a few weeks later. I was also planning to have one at 8 weeks because I was a bit worried that a transvaginal scan might actually cause problems. From 8 weeks you can have it over the belly. Probably overthinking and maybe I'll end up changing my mind but I wanted an 8 week scan and now it will have to be at 10 weeks because of holiday. Ah well just lucky to be pregnant I know

@PoleFairy oh god that is a dilemma… you might just have to use the feeling unwell card? Oldie but goldie 🤣
I don’t think there’s any risk with transvaginal but you have to do what you’re comfortable with! I suppose the holiday should speed up the time anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️
