@calimc83 hey hun this was on the nhs as I am high risk as my my last 2 miscarriages one had T21 and one had T13 x

I'm also having my dating scan today, first ever dating scan! I've never made it to 12 weeks before. I had a private scan last Thursday and it went well, but of course the anxiety and worry is kicking in big time - again! This scan is at maternity unit in my local hospital, I am not sure how I feel about that, all my previous scan always been at the EPU or privately. Seems such a unrealistic milestone. 🤞🤞

Those of you who've had your scans do you find the anxiety tails off a bit after that? Mines in about two weeks when I'll be eleven weeks my midwife's lovely and put it through asap for me but I don't even know stress wise how im going to get through the next two weeks let alone any further if everything's ok

Baby all fine, measuring 9 weeks (so couple of days ahead) and heart rate of 172. Feel so relieved for now

Has anyone had the harmony text done?

@Artisticpiglet3 yes it helps me for a couple of weeks then get stressed again!

Ah yes of course @mrshodgy21 - was it reassuring and did you find out the gender? I have booked for 10w 5 days which is a week before my NHS scan as my husband reckons the more reassurance the better!

How did you find it and how quickly did you get results?

Wasn't sure difference between harmony or the Panorama

I just googled harmony test and come nipt thought I had heard of the harmony test lol
No didn't find out sex as they gave me mine on the nhs so would allow me to no 😞 I had mine done Thursday last week and they rang me the Tuesday so pretty quick and that was bank holiday x

@flowergarden16 yes I did ask her as she ticked the box to no gender but she said no was
But annoyed tbf as don't come out there pay and it's literally just a box lol x

I think the nhs are weird about it as they worry people would be selective if they found out! You'll find out soon at least :-)

Good luck to anybody with scans today! Fingers crossed for all of you! I have my 12 week scan on Tuesday, I’ve had 2 private scans which have been really good but then you still worry!

Also just had a call from the GP to let me know I have a urine infection Group B Strep - has anybody ever had this in previous pregnancies or now? I am a bit worried about it because I know it can be dangerous for baby in labour. On the NHS website says small chance of miscarriage and given my 2 recent ones it’s just something else to worry about! Xx
