Due December 2022 ❤👶

So I know this is super super early, but I wanted to start a thread going for us ladies with December due dates. I had a mc during my first pregnancy in January so I'm nervous about everything, but also excited! I'm 4 weeks pregnant Sunday and my test lines have been fairly strong 🙏 I have a sensitive sense of smell and my nipples are sore (but I'm embracing every symptom I get!)

I completely sympathise with those of you who are worried that something will go wrong / panicking about every twinge / worrying about not having any symptoms! I am absolutely the same and it's driving me mad.

I have booked a scan for two weeks today, when I think I will be 7+2. Hopefully I will start to relax then. Does anybody know if the signs of something going wrong will be obvious from now (at 5+ weeks) (eg lots of pain or bleeding), or could it happen with no signs?

Lovely to see lots of new names and lots of messages on here. It will be great to have a group to share this time with

I’m trying not to get too excited too early…. But I have been looking at all the super cute Christmas outfits I could get! My baby will be an elf, a penguin, Santa… a new one everyday!

@littlecontis definitely buy second hand we bought new for my daughter until she was 1 month but now I buy big bundles of the next size up on ebay or fb marketplace. I got a massive bundle of 9-12 months from ebay perfect condition for £25 I also go to the second hand baby markets up here which are fab 😁

I don't think we'll need to buy anything we didn't know what we were having with DD so all her newborn stuff is unisex so we'll get away with it for a while - if it's a girl even better 🙈😂

BFP for me yesterday! Exactly 4 weeks today by my calculations.

3rd baby but this is the first time I've felt a bit nervous! Seem to be overthinking every twinge and have forgotten if they existed in my other pregnancies.

Excited to be on this journey with everyone!

@BuchananBaby I had to stop myself from looking at prams on marketplace! I can't wait to feel comfortable enough to start shopping for my little baby!!

@littlecontis with my first baby as soon as I found out I started looking at prams and my partner told me to calm down but I explained to him right now I'm pregnant and I will enjoy every second of it ❤️ I've already picked my double pram, made a deal with my dad if I helped my brother with business stuff he'd buy my double pram 🙈😂😂

@chengez we have the same due date and this is also our third pregnancy after two losses. Fingers crossed it works out for us this time!

How is everyone else’s bloat? Mine is actually huge and the tiredness today has been so bad.

@Winnie2022 my bloat is awful. It has been for about a week, I look pregnant by the end of the day due to bloating!!

@December22NewMomma that’s me too!!! Wonder if it will down???

@Winnie2022 I have no idea. I’m thinking it might go down but be replaced with a bump. It’s going to be hard to hide as my stomach is far bigger than it ever has been even in the mornings pre food

@December22NewMomma mine too. It’s crazy how it’s just appeared. Do you have any other symptoms? I am exhausted

I'm gonna test again tomorrow morning as I don't have a lot of symptoms that you ladies have just described 🥲

@Winnie2022 tiredness, sore stomach, gurgling, acid reflux, headaches. The tiredness is the most severe though. I’m also hungry but can’t eat a lot as I’m bloated. You?

@December22NewMomma extreme tiredness and waking up. Trying to not think about it until the scan which is ages away.

@littlecontis planning on getting this one aslong as everything goes well 🤞 seems to have really good reviews but I'll likely get one second hand.

@littlecontis fingers crossed for you! Everyone is different and symptoms can come on at any point!

@Winnie2022 it’s so hard to not think about it. Trying not to get ahead of myself but also wanting to be positive (in all aspects)

@littlecontis try not to worry! We are all different. Remember, there are some women who go months without knowing they are pregnant!
