@Minster2012 v impressed with your batch cooking! those all sound delicious :) now go have a nap or a bath or something, you definitely need to rest up!
good luck with your scan today @BellatrixK !
@Lexber WOAHHH less than a week! you got this! you've done a brilliant job getting the babies this far, sounds like even if they do need a stint in the nicu/scbu it won't be for very long. have they said what type of induction you'll be getting?
@bez91 glad to hear the pains have settled, have the baths helped? I practically live in the bath right now, feel like some fat 17th century duke lol
@DKDK123 that dream did not sound fun, imagine it's bringing up loads of unpleasant thoughts/memories. I can totally understand your worries around it the baby comes early then you won't be getting the A Team, but your consultant is obviously just trying to have the best of everything in place for you, and I'm sure that even if Emily decides to come early, everyone who would be on shift would know what to do to keep you both safe. it might be worth asking the question about GA to your consultant though? She might be able to put your mind at ease about it?
@Juno231 glad to hear the scan went well! rats about the Strep B, I didn't realise they could test for it this early? I find the whole thing quite confusing, it's a standard test in Canada, but as others have said it seems quite unreliable? are you feeling better now with the antibiotics? Have you tried taking probiotics with them to avoid getting thrush?
@Vil10 annoying you couldn't extend the holiday, but it will still be a fab time! I also had a really intense reaction to the whooping cough jab (much more so than any of my 3 covid ones actually). hope you're feeling better now.
@Kate105 LOL at the plastics playgroup. and yeah, biggup you for still going. Photo of PTSD at the aquarium is adorable.
@paintfairy that thread was intense! I also don't understand what the big deal is, if you're selling your house, surely you'd expect people to park in your drive!? I don't have a car so bit of a moot point, but if I did, then I would definitely park in the drive. baffling.
Still having some intense hip/back/pelvic pain over here, can't do any long walks anymore which I'm pretty gutted about. I've been doing yoga, acupuncture and have seen an osteopath about it. Osteopath is pretty expensive and I'm still not entirely sure if it does anything (a lot of it is 'light touch' which I can't help but think is a made up course of treatment). anyone else have any remedies for pelvic girdle pain that has helped them??
Can we get a weeks update from everyone? Have lost track of where everyone's at. I'm 31+3 now.
