40 weeks pregnant woke up with intense period pain.

Well, it woke me up actually at 4:30am.
Had more intense period type pain every 30 mins till 6ish then fell asleep till 8am.
Had my last one at 8:30am.

This could be things kicking off couldn't it?

It's in my lower back, bum and lower bump (where period pain usually is)

Rather than flipping your baby over to feed from the difficult breast, keep them in the same position but tucked under your armpit like a rugby ball. They may prefer to lie on that side to feed. It feels awkward at first but grab a cushion to rest them on and it can work.
