Hope your surname isn't Wax...

Ledodgy · 12/12/2007 16:57

I like it but i'm biased because my dd is called Eve I prefer just the one middle name but it's a personal preference my dd is Eve Mary.

BeeWiseMen · 12/12/2007 16:58

Three lovely names and is eck pretentious to have three names. Though it is quite a mouthful when you reach one of those full name telling off moments.

dingdongmerrilyonFLIER · 12/12/2007 16:58

I like it!

My dad has a double-barrelled name and a middle name, but he had Mexican parents and it used to common to give children double-barrelled forenames and middle names as well, so it doesn't strike me as pretentious.

claricebeansmumhasnomincepies · 12/12/2007 16:58

or your surname is not Wig

alittlebitshy · 12/12/2007 16:59

i think it's lovely.

me, dh and dd all have 2 middle names, and i don't think we're poncy - the names we all have, have family hisory behind them... and my niece too, thinking about it ...

ItWasOnlyAWintersTellus · 12/12/2007 16:59

Love all the names individually BTW

thehollyandtheivy · 12/12/2007 17:00

Surname is long and begins with B, so will spell earb.

TenLordsaLapin · 12/12/2007 17:03

at EAR

I like it, very pretty names. My DS, DH, dad and mum all have 2 middle names, so for us it's normal (not sure why I didn't get two!)

Fio - - a good friend of mine has just had a Finlay Thomas!

ItWasOnlyAWintersTellus · 12/12/2007 17:03

Will be written as E.A.R. Yoursurname

My parents realised this when my brother got his first letter addressed to MR MR OURSURNAME.

They are all very lovely names, especially alice.

TenLordsaLapin · 12/12/2007 17:04

You don't have an Ella as well, do you!

I love the name Finlay - I had it on my list but DH thought it too Scottish - he nixed Hamish on the same basis. I managed to sneak Rory in there though

HairyIrene · 12/12/2007 17:06

I have a Finlay too. It's a very old family name for us. His brother (3) already calls him Finn.

HairyIrene · 12/12/2007 17:08

we know cute happy little finlay too!
nice name

crokky · 12/12/2007 17:08

The names are nice, but it might be a pain having 2 middle names - middle names are only used as an initial usually so if it were me, I'd just choose one middle name.

Also, when I was at uni, they put our names on our doors like this:

B?????????, EAR so it might look a bit funny.
