I got a lovely dye stealer this morning and I am so chuffed! After a CP in July, seeing that beautiful first line so dark is giving me great hope.

Anyone else 5 weeks? How are you feeling?

My scan was cancelled today as the sonographer tested positive for covid. Bloody typical lol booked in again for Thursday x

Sorry to hear that @charlotte0808, but at least the new date isn't that far away!

Yeah that's what I was thinking glad with that. Nothing has made me think anything is wrong but always worry don't we x

Of baggy jumpers/clothes and you’ll keep well hidden I think. but would be a lovely Christmas surprise and then twins to! What an exciting moment to look forward to.
I’m just going to do my mum a little box with some bits in, she’ll just be out of hosp having an operation (hopefully) so I’ll tell her I got her a get well soon gift :) then my dad I’ve had some Pics printed of our time together earlier this year and I’m going to put the scan photo in between them all. They’ll be so shocked I’m that far along and I’ve somehow not opened my mouth lol. I’m super excited for them to know, it’s makes me emosh thinking about it ha, must be the hormones!

@charlotte0808 oh man that’s annoying! But only another few days and they’ve got you back in which is the main thing. How are you feeling in general, how have your symptoms been?

@Blondiebrownie6 that is actually a worry that I haven't got many symptoms some days nothing at all. Tired mainly and now and again feel abit sicky other than that fine. I know they say mmc is rare but I think I have such bad luck that this time I think everything will be fine because I'm 10 weeks today and never made it passed 5 weeks I feel like it's certain something will be wrong x

I’ve been exactly the same @charlotte0808 they do say the placenta starts taking over at this stage so could be why. It’s so hard, I was convinced of the same this time last week and the scan was fine. My symptoms then ramped up again towards end of last week and today I’m okish again, a bit tired but ok. I can’t say try not to worry as it’s easier said than done but just hang on in there and keep focussed on Thursday xx

Well afternoon ladies!How are you all doing? Not going to lie been having a few wobbles over the weekend. How will I cope with 3!? Will my 2 DC feel they are missing out etc.. how do you split yourself 3 ways! I guess all normal worries/anxiety. So I have been throwing myself into spring cleaning. Tidy house tidy mind and all that lol I've been neglecting things the last few weeks due to exhaustion, illness and trying to get through my exam.

I'm still feeling tired, although most of my other symptoms have settled down. Which makes me a bit nervous! Boobs still tender and big, weeing 3 x a night. Nausea has gone.. not sad about that lol!!

How are you all doing? Coming up to 11 weeks for me. Which is scary! Xx

Hey @snoopy28x two days ago I was crying into my baked potato dinner, last night I had a real craving for a burrito from a specific takeaway place. Who knows what my attitude towards food will be tonight!

I have my first midwife appt tomorrow to get bloods done, eek.

Well done for tidying up, I have turned into a couch potato, where my main activity is walking to bed and then to the kitchen, and then the couch. Hoping when the nausea and tiredness stops, I can get more active again!!

@Snoopy28x Awww so normal to feel this way lovely! You are going to do amazing and your babies will soon have the new arrival wrapped around their fingers and become best friends 🥰

Glad the sickness has calmed down, I'm with you on that. Feeling like a new woman with this energy and feeling of "normal". 11+1 weeks and bump has popped! I was in the office today and my partner was in shock and had a little stroke of bubba 😍

Saying that NOW I am sooooo tired. Had dinner, baby is down sleeping and I'm ready to relax.

@Tofu35 😂😂 I love the sound of your couch potato routine! Well I've been like that for weeks. Felt sick, exhausted etc.. it was driving me crazy. Piles of washing to sort out, no one could find any clothes lol it was time. I feel much better now it's all sorted. Tomorrow I can couch potato lol

@babyboybluex 🥰 that's so lovely! Yes by the end of the day im shattered. Been in bed by 8 ish most evenings lol I'm definitely feeling more normal these days, which is a pleasant experience! You take for granted normal 😂 do you find you get cold? I'm super hot in the mornings then by the evening I'm like a block of ice. I've got dressing gown on and had a hot chocolate to warm me up. The having to wee 3 x a night is annoying. I think dh has fallen asleep putting dd to bed, everytime he tried to sneak out she caught him 😂 xx

@Tofu35 I also have my booking appointment tomorrow! I hate having my bloods, I always pass out, it's so embarrassing!

We went for a private scan and all is well, we saw the heartbeat and she dated me at 8 weeks, which is a few days ahead of what I thought. We're planning to tell our older children tomorrow, they're 10 and 7, as the 10 year old definitely thinks something is up!

Hi all silly question maybe but I don't really know. I've already had my booking appointment but it was just over the phone. Am I suppose to be having bloods ? X

@charlotte0808 I had my booking app face to face, she said that i was the first! They did the blood straight after. My last pregnancy I had was over the phone and they booked me an app for my bloods. Maybe Just drop your midwife a message to check xx

Thanks @Snoopy28x it's says on the letter not to message midwife as they won't reply and I've tried ringing goes straight to voicemail I'll try again later x

@Snoopy28x Haha guess what? I was asleep by 8.30pm last night THE BEST SLEEP EVER!! Yes! I am currently sitting on the sofa wrapped in a blanket, it doesn't help that it's freezing outside! Hope you have a lovely day and are feeling less emotional, although, you are allowed to feel this way xx

@charlotte0808 My booking appointment was also face to face. General questions, weight and height done to work out BMI and then bloods taken. I also got my flu jab woo! Could you ring your GP to get it organised? x

@babyboybluex haha last night it was about 10 ish I went to bed. Ds keeps waking up once a night. Last night was 3.30am he wanders in our room, I wake up to hi mummy! Then I walk him back to bed and tuck him in then he goes back to sleep. But then I need a wee and then take a while to fall asleep again!! Yawn. Xx

@charlotte0808 my booking appt was on the phone and then they will be doing all the bloods etc at the 12 week scan. I think every healthboard is doing it differently at the moment so I wouldn’t worry.

Love your ideas in how to tell your family @Blondiebrownie6, I don’t feel like I have a creative bone in my body at the moment but hoping it’ll come in time.

Also loving everyone’s enthusiasm for symptoms dropping off around week 11 - I am currently mid week 9 and trying very hard to keep going as normal whilst not throwing up or falling asleep at my desk.

Ah right ok I panic see lol cause I don't really know what to expect x

@ar21 I'm week 9 too, I took half this week off because I needed to sleep and not pretend to be an enthusiastic worker. It's been brilliant! The countdown to week 11 begins now.

Morning ladies! Well today is week 11! 😳 Acording to my app, baby is the size of a brussel sprout ha How very seasonal 😎 I'm starting to get a bit of a bump now in the mornings, still super bloated by the evening.
