Anyone else 5 weeks pregnant?

I got a lovely dye stealer this morning and I am so chuffed! After a CP in July, seeing that beautiful first line so dark is giving me great hope.

Anyone else 5 weeks? How are you feeling?

Hows everyone feeling today? I honestly cant get enough sleep right now!! I also just bought a new big winter duvet.. so it's like sleeping in a marshmallow! Dh alarm goes off at 6am, then dd wakes up then to. So I have to haul myself out of bed. I went to bed at 9pm! I feel like I've not slept!! Had to get up to wee twice then couldnt get back to sleep for a bit, but just feel shattered.

I've also got an achy lower back today, hoping its just normal stretching type pains.

Just wondered have those of you that have mc previously, taken aspirin this time?? Xx

@Lemonadee how are you doing today? Just try and take each day as it comes. Hopefully they get you a scan date soon and put your mind at ease a bit xx I'm here if you ever want a chat or a virtual shoulder to cry on xx it's such an emotional time!

Hope you are ok @Lemonadee - completely normal to feel the way you do. It's a daunting time and no matter what we are told, it's hard to always remain positive. What time is your early scan tomorrow? You've got this ❤️

@Snoopy28x I also have a sore lower back today! Just came on overnight - I'm hoping it's all ok. I was in bed by 7pm last night as I felt sooooo sick all day! Couldn't even stomach food...is this normal? I still feel really sick and just a bit dazed 😭

@babyboybluex I feel you! I felt so sick all day yesterday. Bit queasy this morning but not to bad. My back has gone off now. Well it must be normal if we both have it today 😂🤣 that's what I'm thinking!!

Are you sick with it or just the nausea? I found dry salty foods are my friend. However I cant live off pringles lol xx

How’s everyone feeling?

I’m exactly 7 weeks now according to the early scan.

Sickness is still there but metaclopramide and ondansetron seem to be controlling the worst of it.

Also waking early! 1am today then just as I started to drift off my 6 year old woke up at 4am with a wet bed and was up for the day 😬😴🛌

My legs are so itchy at night, anyone else getting this? Kept me up for hours yesterday! Glad your nausea is under control @fatehasresignedmost

Aww @babyboybluex that sounds rubbish if you can't stomach food. Is it the smell of it or that it doesn't settle in your stomach? I think in these early weeks, if we can manage to eat anything, the healthy instagram lifestyle stuff can happen later. Pringles, plain pasta and pretzels forever! 😂

@Snoopy28x It must be normal indeed - we have the same symptoms which is super reassuring considering we are the same weeks haha I'm not being sick but I feel like I could be... it's just that niggly feeling in my throat. I'm going to jump on the Pringles hype as they seem to be brilliant!! Hope you have a lovely day!

@FateHasRedesignedMost Just feeling nausea, sore boobs and a bit grumpy haha. Hope you can squeeze in a nap today, you will be tired! Glad your sickness isn't too bad.

@Tofu35 Smell and the look of food at the minute... I had some cereal this morning which helped and currently drinking a cold glass of lemonade to see if it helps haha! 100%, you are soooooo right! Pretzels are so tasty - going to get some today. Hope you are well!

@babyboybluex well I've been googling.. haha and it says that lower back pains around 7 weeks is normal. It's our uterus growing and putting pressure on the back muscles!

Do you feel freezing to??? I get hot at night but during the day if I'm sitting down I'm freezing. Sat here with a hot chocolate to try and warm up before I get ds from pre school.

@Snoopy28x Makes complete sense phew!! Mines has died down now... probably because I've been lying most of the morning haha. How is yours?

Yes! So so so cold. To make matters worse, we are living in hotels as our boiler isn't working - it should be done today but it's been a nightmare!! Enjoy that hot chocolate, that sounds blissful x

@babyboybluex mine was ok when walking about. When I'm sat down it starts annoying me again. Might get my hot water bottle out 😂😂 hoping ds has a little nap when he gets home!

I have my booking appointment next Thursday.. eek it seems more real suddenly!!

Had a private scan today - measuring 6+4 a little behind but I ovulated on day 25 of my cycle so doesn’t surprise me. Sonographer said that would make sense. All good though - little heartbeat flickering away.
This sickness my god!!! Had to go and get some meds it’s horrendous in the mornings, I’m vomiting so much I feel like I’m going to pee myself it’s awful! Sweating like a pig afterwards - oh pregnancy is fun!

@Snoopy28x It is hot water bottle season!! Hope you have a quiet afternoon with your darling. Boiler hasn't been fixed and we have another night in the hotel, what a nuisance. They have a swimming pool so I think we will take advantage and go for a swim after nursery!

So excited for your appointment, that's when things are really happening

@babyboybluex I asked about aspirin and explained I've had previous mc. She said that we can discuss next week and they may refer me to the consultant. So will see how that goes. Sounds a bit scary!

@Skye90 aww so pleased for you! Not so pleased for you about the sickness!! We all seem to be suffering with it dont we! Xx

So a TMI ladies.. lol so I've got into the cant get enough of DH stage 🤣 however after DTD I got some mild cramps. I vaguely remember this being a thing with the others. Just seeing if anyone else experienced this! Xx

@Snoopy28x Let us know how it all goes! I've had cramping after DTD, it's very normal. A lot more blood flowing around there 🥰 I just lie down a bit longer and relax! How are you feeling now?

Had a lovely swim and going to have another over lunchtime. No update regarding the boiler but praying we have answers soon!

I'm feeling very nausea again today with a headache. Such a struggle to work like this!! 💩 x

@babyboybluex thanks for the reassurance! Yeah I'm fine now. Tired today and feeling very lazy! Me and ds are cuddled on the sofa watching Hop (easter bunny movie!) Its making me want chocolate lol

You should indulge in that chocolate! You deserve it @Snoopy28x I can confirm that the swim has instantly cured my nausea and headache yay! Highly recommend it ladies!!

Congrats on the scan @Skye90 glad to hear the little heartbeat was visible :) sounds like you are really going through it with sickness , how horrible! Do you manage to keep anything down or not really?

@Snoopy28x that’s great you have your booking appt, let me know what they say about aspirin? The only thing I’m taking this time is progesterone but it was a battle and I had to pay a small fortune to get it privately in the end! Research is mixed on it mind so not sure if it’s the thing making a difference? Haha re DTD, bet hubby is loving that to, Defos embrace it! I’m too scared 🤣 has your spotting eased now?

@babyboybluex a swim sounds quite nice actually , glad to hear it’s eased things for you :) are you still just feeling queasy but not actually sick? I felt ok yday apart from the evening but today I’ve felt sick all day and this past hour it’s pretty bad, and just feel general crap! Great fun when in meetings on teams and wanting to just curl up in a ball lol xx

Hi ladies, how is everyone doing today? Had my scan today. Little bit further back than I thought they've got me at 6+3. So seems strange I've been so sick for the past 2 weeks would have thought it be a bite early for this level of nausea and sickness. So we saw the little heartbeat, just the weirdest blob 😂. I still don't know how I'm feeling, is this normal?

@Lemonadee glad your scan went well!
I had a tough Sunday/Monday with sickness, yesterday was okay and u even managed to get to my exercise class.
Today however I'm shattered and have started having some spotting this evening that's freaking me out.

That is what happened with me @SkaterChick I had some spotting that I was concerned about which is why they scanned me early Is it heavy or very red or have you got any pain? That's what they asked me. How far are you? Have you registered with a midwife yet? X

@Lemonadee it's mostly there when I wipe but I uh, poked with the toilet paper, and it's reddish brown.
I'm about 5+4. My local area doesn't register you until 6 weeks. I have completed my self referral as it can take 10 days to hear back so I figured I'd most likely be 6 weeks before they got back to me.
I have an early scan booked for 30th privately but that's weeks away..

Oh I've also had cramping today.
I've also had nausea and was sick twice.
